Support solved my problem the first time. They responded very quickly to my request. I look forward to using them for all my software.

I bought a Windows 10 Pro license key, and it didn't work at first. I wrote an email to customer service outlining my concern, and they gave a step by step solution that worked, even if it was bizarre just for a simple license activation.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. I paid for Window 7 Pro, and then - crickets. Never heard back from them. My credit card statement showed a charge on 1/12/2023, but when I was in chat on 1/25/2023, the rep said that she couldn't confirm the payment. Then after I pointed out the history, was magically able to find it. I'm glad many folks had good experiences with them - but I'll never do business with them again. They'd better be prompt with my refund.

Bro…. My windows 7 gave me the finger and said it was invalid. As sad as this looks was obviously I needed a solution. A complete rewrite with windows 10, a flash drive and a license. Quality. Thanks homies.

I needed someone to remotely control my computer to load Windows 10. I struggled for three days and couldn’t get it loaded. Daniel Parker loaded it remotely and it is working great! Great customer service!!! Thanks!

Daniel knows his stuff cold. The hardest tech support thing to do is troubleshoot blind. The man is polite patient and knowledgeable. The price was exceptional, but with the level of support, it was extraordinary.

Very easy, and their virtual assistant actually helped me solve my issues.
Was a little worried due to never hearing of them before, but I can confidently say I will be going back to them anytime I need software.

The Windows install would consistently fail after 73% completed... the support tech connected on time and resolved the issue... installed Windows directly and bypassed using the MediaCreation Tool. All good!
