I had a great experience. It took several attempts to get my Windows 10 Home downloaded. Kept failing as it rebooted, but with my agents help, Daniel Parker, he cracked the code and conquered! He persevered and we used the TeamViewer and chat so we were in constant communication while he managed my screen to make it happen. Appreciate his perseverance and the final outcome of the successful download at a reasonable price. Giving Daniel and the company a 5star!

The software was immediately delivered with accurate codes attached. Any company can do that part. What makes Digital Product Key stand out is the customer support. I purchased the wrong product and within minutes they were able to reissue the correct one within minutes. This was over a year ago, and just the other day I needed their help again. I was having a problem with my recently purchased Microsoft Access. The program kept asking for the License activation code each time I logged out then back in. Mia at the customer service dept was able to help me diagnose the problem and got me up an running in no time. I am very pleased not only with the product and price but the terrific customer service. Just purchased Windows 7 Professional SP1 and Product Key, had a little problem installing it. Got on chat with an agent named Daniel Parker who is superb! Had me fixed up and working like a champ within about 10 minutes. Huge kudos! Give this man a raise!

I purchased Windows 10 and did the product install. I entered the product key for activation and received the following error message "We can't reach our activation servers right now. Make sure you're connected to the internet, wait a few minutes, and try again (0X80072efe)".
I reached out on your "chat" and was helped by Daniel Parker. After having me try a few things, without success, we did a TeamViewer remote connect and Daniel resolved my issues very quickly. I am now up and running and am a happy customer. Big thanks to Daniel!

After buying a digital Windows 10 Key, I had trouble with activation. Feeling quite versed in technical issues, I tried to fix the issue myself. When that didn't work, I contacted digitalproductkey.com's support staff. While the issue was very complicated to fix, they managed to do it within an hour. I was very impressed, as I thought a website like theirs would only let my issue go, but they really put in a lot of effort, and I am very grateful!
