The Vet
The Vet, Alex who came out to our dog Lilly was very caring and compassionate. He was very thoughtful and thorough, explaining everything to us . Would definitely recommend a home visit for euthanasia.

Losing our little man …
We made the difficult decision to say goodbye to our little man Prince, the most lovable dog we've ever known.
We decided to use dignipet after a recommendation from our friend, they are so understanding and caring. The vet that came to us was Paula, so was amazing, she talked us through everything and she was so caring and gentle with Prince, she put us at ease with the most difficult decision we've had to make.
We would highly recommend dignipet to anyone facing this such a difficult and upsetting time.

Wonderful kind and respectful service
Alex was wonderful and helped me say goodbye to my beautiful cat of 15 years at home where she was familiar and comfortable. The whole experience was very respectful and peaceful. I was distraught at letting her go but Alex talked me through the steps and gave me assurances and kind words. I will be eternally grateful to him and dignipets for helping my beautiful girl pass gently into the next life where she’ll be pain free.

It has taken a while to write this…
It has taken a while to write this since saying goodbye to our amazing cat Ginger. He bought us so much joy for over 20 years and losing him has been heartbreaking. Dignity for your pet
After making the heartbreaking and difficult decision to help Smokey cross over the rainbow bridge, Alex helped us understand every process that would happen. He was so kind, gentle and reassuring to Smokey and us all. At what is an unbearable time we couldn't have asked for a better service than we received. Alex gave us all the information we needed and gave us as much time as we needed with Smokey. Everything was done to give Smokey the respect and dignity he deserved. Dignipets were amazing
Dignipets were amazing. From the lovely lady who booked our visit she was caring and patient as I could hardly get my words out for crying to the wonderful vet Alex who talked us through the process. He was caring discreet just amazing and made the worst decision I have had to make into something that was very peaceful for my lovely boy cat Jett. We had a little giggle as Jett was snoring after his sedation (that memory will live with us for ever 😊) he passed peacefully in my arms there was no rush then for the vet to go and when I felt ready he was placed in the cat bed with his favourite toy tucked into a blanket with a rose by him. A beautiful memory. Even then we were left with more time to say goodbye. Thank you to the lady on the phone and Alex you are both a credit to your company.

Our gorgeous dog passed away yesterday…
Our gorgeous dog passed away yesterday she was only just turned 6 and had cancer. Someone told me about this service and my dogs situation went down very quickly and I knew I couldn’t do it at a vet as she got scared there from having tests etc before.
Alex was amazing with us explained everything and we got to held our dog storm in her final moments in her own bed. It’s worth the money infact it’s the hardest job they should get more it’s truly a very hard job to do and with kindness and compassion like they do.
My dog was treated with upmost dignity throughout and we were given time with her. Thanks so much for helping my girl cross rainbow bridge with so much love and care ❤️

Alex was so wonderful in helping us…
Alex was so wonderful in helping us with the passing our our beloved shihtzu Ozzy Mobbs. He was a 16 year old warrior. Him being in his own home with all of us with him, and the kindness and support from Alex made it so peaceful. Money wasn’t a consideration I wanted my boy to pass peacefully which he did. I cannot recommend enough. Thank you Alex for you kindness and care 💙

Excellent service
We made the heartbreaking & very difficult decision to say goodbye to our beautiful 15 year old girl Molly & Dignipets were our first choice, following a recommendation from a friend. We could not fault them & Molly was tended to at home by Alex who was kind, compassionate and considerate throughout the whole process. We chose a private cremation and received Molly’s ashes back within a week. It was so lovely to have her home so quickly so thank you Alex & Dignipets for your faultless service. Julie & Jerry xx

Made a difficult time easier.
We had to let our little old lady Lily cross to Rainbow Bridge yesterday with the help of Dignipet. Vet Alex made this extremely difficult time as peaceful as it could be. He was very respectful and informed us of what was going to happen on her final journey.. This is the second day time ive used Dignipets and I highly recommend them.. 💔😿

Dignipets were fantastic from start to finish, due to a reoccurrence of an infection we decided that the day had come for our lovely old dog Fudge, once we had made the decision and she was feeling a bit unwell we did not want to delay. Our vets could not carry out a home visit for at least 7-10 days. Dignipets were able to visit on the day and the visiting vet (Donna) was so careful and considerate in explaining the process. Fudge most definitely felt happy and comfortable at home, as did we. We were able to give fudge some chicken as she had her first sedation injection and whilst it was working so I know that she definitely felt relaxed and as happy as she could be. Dignipets was recommended to me and I would definitely recommend to others, thank you Dignipets and Donna the vet xx

The decision was hard enough to make…
The decision was hard enough to make after a progressive condition worsened. Alex from Dignipets was the most compassionate and empathetic person that showed care towards our dog and all of our family.
We had plenty of time and did not feel rushed.
This gave the most dignified ending for our beloved boy that made us all feel relieved that he passed peacefully surrounded by those that loved him most.

Bruce is such a kind and compassionate…
Bruce is such a kind and compassionate guy.
We lost our baby girl, Daisy on the 10th of September 2025.
Bruce turned up and spoke to us with such compassion and empathy.
We were totally heartbroken but Bruce made such a sad time a little easier to get through.

Compassionate and caring
We had the awful decision to say goodbye to our beautiful Labrador, Mollie. Unfortunately we were up against time but even though it was a Saturday evening, Lucian was with us within the hour.
He was kind and caring and nothing was rushed. He gave us opportunity to really say goodbye from the comfort of ours and Mollie’s home. It was obvious how much Lucian just ‘got’ how much she meant to us. We were very grateful that we didn’t have to say goodbye at the vets and could make the experience as gentle as possible for her.

A Beautiful Experience
We had to make the very hard decision for our beautiful Fern to go to rainbow bridge. Bruce came and explained the whole process and was very kind, patient and understanding in what was an emotional time. Fern's passing was just as I wanted it to be, at home, surrounded by her family and two sisters loving her all the way. Thank you to Bruce for making the experience just a little bit easier.
