These people make the worst electric heater. Absolutely worst setting. Very confusing setting display to use. I am without a heater now. Why can't you just make a setting that will be easily turn on and off and up and down. Bs product.

I found it difficult to find on the website where to register my products and it would only allow me to register 5 products. Frustrating.

Been waiting 3 months for a refund/replacement for a faulty fan. They are doing everything in their power not to sort it, Absolutely pathetic. It's only £40!

So wonder 20% of people leave a negative review. Pathetic little penny pinchers.

If you buy from a chinese owned company they will sort it in a matter of hours. Oh how times have changed.

One of the best, quick and silent heating option. The best thing is can be controlled via app on your phone.

Brought this fan as was a good price and very pleased with it, and also I have registered the product online as you get a further year guarantee, very happy customer.

Not impressed with Dimplex immediate after sales service. I purchased an electric fire and tried to register it for the free 1 year guarantee. I rang the call free number and had the usual long wait. Eventually I was put through to an operator who asked whether I'd purchased a gas or electric fire. The extension she put me through to was apparently the wrong one. The engineer on the end of that number gave me a direct line number which I rang. The wait with music was again awful and eventually when the phone rang properly, the person or machine that answered cut me off. I rang the original number again and after another long wait was ultimately cut off again.

Registration database didn't contain the fan I'd purchased (DACF electric cooling tower fan) only allowing me to proceed with registration of the 360 degree fan. No telephone number to enable me to contact help and only 4 x types of file can be submitted to uphold the Ts & Cs - not something most 60+ year olds would be able to accomplish I'd suggest. I now havwe confirmation of a 3 year warranty that is effectively useless even though I've submitted the purchase doc (in pdf format) that should have raised a 2 year warranty.
Happy with product but Dimplex - SORT the registration process out!!

Installation of the base was a bit of a struggle as the two halves didn’t seem to connect. I adopted my own method to get the two bits of the base to fit together and all is well. Feels like a quality product, time will tell if it was worth paying the extra for a Dimplex product given there are a number of other makes available.

Had difficulty registering guarantee on line - think it assumed I was a robot and wouldn’t allow me to complete the registration. Phoned and spoke to a lovely, helpful lady who had it registered and confirmed within a couple of minutes!

I bought a Quantum RF 15O and a control hub. All sorts of problems getting the two to connect to each other and WiFi. On advice from them I reset everything and tried a fresh setup. Except this time the hub setup would not run, the bluetooth connection required (only) during setup would not connect to either my Android or my wife's Apple plone. So I have the heater working ( I think) but no smart control. There is I think a compatibility issue with the Bluetooth on the hub but no help at all from Dimplex to sort this. A complete waste of money as I was upgrading in order to get a remotely controlled smart system.
Dimplex staff are very nice and helpful on the phone but do not accept it is their job to resolve the problem. ( Once they have established the buyer has done everything correctly).
Update: I called the number below. After a bit of debate a Dimplex member of staff pursued the problem on my behalf and had a brand new control hub sent to me.
Consequently I have reviewed my rating up as they listened and responded to my problem. Not initially but in the end they did.

Tim the trainer was excellent he delivered a really informative session that all my team enjoyed and took onboard. Top service from a top supplier.

Bought the Sunningale Electric Fire, which is Dimplex's premium fire. Lovely fire, very realistic flame & crackling sound (both can be altered to suit), but we're extremely disappointed that they don't produce a stove pipe to fit it, even though there's a
circular indentation for a pipe on the top!

We are installers of the Dimplex Quantum Heaters. We received some fantastic training by the manufactures themselves on Friday. Great bits of kit to be installing in people's homes.

Bought off there Ebay shop.
Price Reduced over £40 - before i had taken delivery.
I asked them for a refund but was refused.
Very Poor
my 90 year old father had a Dimplex for years and when he wanted a new one, we & he wanted to stay with Dimplex.
Very surprised at their response

Follow on from previous review.
I had a reply from Molly on the trust pilot website for the fault with my dimplex 50 prism fire that is now making an even louder clanking and squeaking noise.
Can you please sort this problem out Dimplex, no contact number was attached to the reply from my review.
Please arrange a full refund.
You have my email address and mobile number attached to the email I have sent on more than one occasion requesting the fault to be rectified.
I will look forward to the reply???

Using Dimplex heating and ASHP so had a days training with Tim and Rob. Very informative and helpful, with all queries qualified and answered.
