You sent the wrong size of the order and never and never replied on my emails!!!

The staff at Dinosi Turkey are incredibly kind, helpful, and efficient. Whenever I ask for something, they always find a way to make it happen. Their communication is excellent, and they keep me informed throughout the entire process. I have been consistently impressed and satisfied from beginning to end with every experience.

I am trying to return shoes and there is no reply from anyone for 2 weeks. I am still trying to contact them.

Use with extreme caution, I believe the website is a scam site after my experience. My order was made, paid, confirmed, and given an estimated shipping date. When the order was never sent out, I contacted their customer service and they took days to reply even through the chat function. When I finally got a response after chasing, it was ‘ Your order has been canceled due to an error in our inventory’. I replied that I did *not* want to cancel the order, but am happy to wait longer if needed (how can every single item I ordered be inventory error?). No response. Then a few days later I get an email stating ‘Your order has been canceled Order #41******* was canceled at your request and your payment has not yet been refunded’. So they cancelled my order, blamed me, then didn’t refund me? Overall extremely disappointing and no attempt for any positive customer service (not so much as a ‘sorry’). Save your time and money!

I received the incorrect item in my order. After contacting Dinossi immediately about the error, they did not respond. I filled out the return/exchange form on their website five times before finally receiving a response. Dinossi informed me that since the ‘return acceptance days’ had since passed. I responded immediately and emphasised that I had contacted that company repeatedly the day after I received my order and they had failed to contact me in a timely manner.
I am extremely disappointed and appalled at the level of customer service from Dinossi and will never use this company again to make a purchase. I would not recommend buying from this company.
