These people definitely deserve a 5 star. Bought a heater from them that was faulty (which can happen). when speaking to them without any questions they replaced it. The customer service was excellent I would definitely recommend this place.

Order was canceled, no chance to re-order

24/12/2025 - Never received the order! Paid express delivery 17th December 2025 for a baby bouncer and pram set. Should have been received withinn72 hours. After 6 days EVRI said they were waiting to receive the item from direct2public. We have heard nothing and received nothing. Thank you for ruining our daughters Christmas and for failing to respond to my online call back!

I placed my first order on Sunday and received my items Tuesday, in plenty of time for Christmas. My items were as described and at competitive prices.
They have a huge range of products and a very easy to navigate website. Being a first time customer, I was made aware at the payment part that I would be directed away from the site. My only issue was that I didn’t receive an email confirmation, but that could have been my issue as much of theirs.
I will be using this company again, it was a good experience and I would highly recommend.

Arrived on time but it was not all there. Rang and spoke to a gentleman in customer service advised him of the situation and he advised that the missing items would be delivered the next day. The missing items did arrive the next day so can't say anything bad about this delivery.

Evri said that they have the parcel which was a week ago

Purchased 2x800w halogen portable heaters 10/10/25 from B&Q online and this company is the company that dispatched the order. Arrived in good time and well packaged. Used only one a few times for cold mornings to get ready for work rather than putting central heating on. Unfortunately, one of the bulbs has blown. Contacted the supplier, with an attached picture. I was contacted 36 hrs later asking if I wanted to buy replacement bulbs. I possibly thought the 3 month warranty would cover this. So be aware.

What a waste of space their customer services are, they are appalling, their website says, and I quote, "our customer service is top priority" clearly not if you have a problem with their couriers being dishonest, they are slow to reply and then on the 3rd contact want you to fill in a meaningless form, why should I do their work for them. The Courier posted a photo of my parcel apparently going through my letterbox, if he had actually shoved it through I would have it wouldn't I, there are only the 2 of us here and we both came home together to NO parcel, despite it showing as delivered. This Company couldn't care less, don't believe their slick website.

Scam site takes your money doesn’t refund …..

Would never purchase from here again as I bought my items they then send them and u receive all notifications. Then they cancel your order and get the courier to return it meaning you never receive an order then they message and say u will be refunded it’s a bad batch and u don’t get refunded. I’ve now missed the Boxing Day sales to buy more advent calendars . Avoid if u can

bad experience

Only received half my order,was unable to track it as tracking just said waiting to be shipped.Received a message to say sorry but has been delayed due to shipping.Had no reply for 3 days now and no word of what's going on.I have asked for a refund but no reply.It's really a very poor service and not one I would recommend people use.

The kit arrived by courier next day as promised, at first glance the poles appear flimsy but are suitable for the task and function perfectly, i now have lovely clean upper floor windows!

Bought some clothes airers that was quick an easy to do. We was kept up to date when it was ready for dispatch and sent a link for Evri. When delivered one of the airers was damaged and we WhatsApp with photos to show damage. No answer so we phone and managed to speak to someone who sorted it out and sent a replacement. Only comment I would make they need to look at there WhatsApp message because I sent 2 messages both was not seen so never got replied. So doesn't look good from a customer's point of view.
