I too ordered some perfume three weeks ago - still not received, but they have today replied to my email to say it has been delayed in the post. Hopefully this will arrive soon but whether it is the Royal Mail or the company itself is not clear. Don’t order anything from here if you’re in a hurry for your product

I had an email from Direct Beauty with tracking details which said the parcel was delayed but would be delivered next day - that was 14 February.

It’s appalling service. I wonder if they are operating some sort of scam judging by the number of dissatisfied customers’ reviews

I would give -5 if I could. An appalling company. I have been 6wks trying to get a refund for damaged goods received which I returned immed with DBs promise to refund money and postage. They stipulated I must use cheapest postage poss( Horizon) so I got a certificate of posting but no tracking facility. They have continually denied receiving the return. After 7 wks and hours spent messaging and calling them and Amazon, they said they have issued a refund. That was 8 days ago and money still not in my bank.if not in my bank tomorrow I’ll start proceedings against them via my credit card company.
If I’d read the reviews before purchase I wouldn’t have gone near them. I’ve no idea why Amazon are still dealing with them. I’ve had no trouble with Amazon companies before. On rare occasions there’s a problem, all immediately dealt with and resolved I strongly advise

Followed return instructions to Directbeautique for a suspected faulty product.
Had to pay £5.49 for Signed postage to do so.
They ignored all communications, no refund.
I suspect they will send out the product again to another customer.

Scam company! Said there was an issue with Royal Mail losing parcels and then ignored all emails. Reported

I purchased a long discontinued fragrance with some trepidation but everything went well. Delivery was prompt and the perfume is genuine. Some great prices too

Do not order from this company. I have been scammed as they have taken my money and not delivered my perfume. I paid for next day delivery 11 days ago. They do not reply to emails. It looks like this is a regular occurrence from them. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering.

I purchased perfume Givenchy Organza ODP via eBay.
Now eBay informed me that the product poses a safety hazard and I should stop using it. eBay refused to help and referred me to Direct Beauty. I sent 3 messages to them but they just resent the delivery details. I would NOT RECOMMEND TO USE THIS COMPANY in spite eBay giving them 99.6 % positive review.

Order £90 worth of perfume. Product not arrived, my emails have been ignored and also no refund.

Also call themselves Direct Beauty. Wrong item sent, asked for returns label, none sent so unable to send item back for refund fund without paying for return postage. No reply to my message or email, con artists

£55 for perfume that never arrived absolute scam rip off merchants should be shut down

I received my order via On Buy and was wondering about how cheap this was. (Branded perfume) It appeared okay apart from the box colour was different and one word was left off the description. I opened it and the bottle was also a different colour. The smell was similar though not the same. I am still unsure if this is genuine but if not, it is a good replica. But I think I will stick to the other websites in future

Do not buy from this company. The goods are fake. I purchased a perfume and it was most definitely fake.

Useless to say the least

I purchased x3 Lolita Lempicka perfumes from Direct Beautique via eBay and am very happy with my purchase. I hadn't read these reviews until after my purchase, so I'm very grateful my experience was positive! Postage was swift, the packaging was very efficient (lots of bubble wrap) and my perfumes arrived cellophane wrapped and genuine. I would consider buying from them again.
