I was very unhappy with my purchase. I had a very unpleasant experience. I do not recommend them at all!

My goods arrived late. I had paid for next day delivery (£5.99) but this did not happen and they arrived too late. I have requested a refund of the postage but no response. They are not to be trusted.

I ordered some perfume at the end of March 2022. Payment and despatch were confirmed beginning of April 2022 ..... but nothing arrived.
Their phone number will not connect, they have not responded to my emails asking where my order is.
MY ADVICE IS DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO ACTION FRAUD AND HAVE A CRIME NUMBER.
I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU DO THE SAME TO GET RID OF THESE MONEY THEIVING BARSTEWARDS.

Do NOT use this Company. My order has never arrived and despite emailing and messaging countless times I have never heard anything. Don’t even try to call- you cannot get through. Will be taking this further !!!!!

Stay away from this sham company. Knew something was wrong, when they gave me a false royal mail tracking number. Do not use... YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY

Would give zero stars if i could. Total scam. Placed an order and it never arrived. Emailed them and never got a reply. To contact them by phone it's a premium number and they've already had enough money from me for nothing as it is

We ordered a powder compact that had a mirror inside. The item arrived smashed, due to their inadequate packaging. It came via an Amazon order and Amazon passed the issue back to Direct Boutique who failed to respond or provide a refund. I complained to Amazon, who issued an immediate refund but it would seem Direct Boutique have no interest in dealing with their inadequate sevice.

I received a fake perfume (Paco Rabanne - Olympia). The bottle is a cheap plastic and the colour is dark orange and nothing like the real thing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

No reply to emails sent and telephone number doesn’t accept calls.

No item ever arrived. Still being told its not there problem it's royal mail. But RM don't have my money and I don't have anything to show for my money. Basically theft! DO NOT TRUST THEM. Great if they deliver but if you encounter an issue don't expect good customer service from these.

I must admit I was a bit dubious about using this company after I'd read some of these reviews. However, after ordering some aftershave that was over £10 cheaper than everywhere else it came free delivery next day via recordered delivery. The aftershave was well packaged and indeed exactly what I'd ordered.

Very good service.. Turned up very quickly and when getting the product mistaken they gave me half the price off and swap to what I wanted.. Very pleased indeed..!!

The Service we as a family got was excellen.
I placed the order on the 29th July. We received an Emai to say that the estimated date of arrivel was 6th August and the cologhne came on the 1st. We could not fault the service.

First class service. Placed my order on Thursday 6th August at 16:30 and it was sitting on my desk by 09:10 Friday 7th August. When I searched for the most competitive price on Google, their prices came out best. Would highly recommend this company.

At last I've found a reliable, reputable company who not only has the best prices and products to be found anywhere, they also post to Northern Ireland which is just fantastic!! Super customer service, fast delivery and parcel was very well packaged. Excellent FIVE STARS PLUS!!
