I’ve never considered gap insurance before…
I’ve never considered gap insurance before but after spending £22k at the weekend, it’s something that’s been worrying me. I contacted Direct Gap for a quotation and was impressed at how competitive the quote was compared to other providers. Their colleague Haley was so so helpful and had the policy set up within minutes. I’ve now got piece of mind if something happens to the car, as I know that insurance companies will never pay you what you think the car is worth. Cars are just so more expensive to buy at the moment so it’s one less thing to worry about. Thank you Haley!

The process for changing to a new car was not quite as simple and quick as previously but the quote and organisation of the new car policy was easy and priced reasonably.
Just had to wait a few days for the refund on the cancelled policy on previous car whereas this used to be deducted from the price of the new car policy.

Spoke to Diane today to arrange GAP Insurance for my new car. She was very patient with me as I kept asking the same questions and double checking the cover. She also remembered me from last week when I spoke to her to get an initial quote. Price was really good and I will def recommend Direct Gap to friends and family.
