The last 5 new cars I've had, I've taken out GAP insurance but not through the dealership. Instead I've done it through Direct Gap. The option to transfer from one new car to another is a game changer. The cover is the same but it's so much easier to sort and the price I've found is a third of what the dealerships want. Also, a person at the end of the phone to talk to. In a world of AI and chat bots, sometimes you just need a person. It makes a real difference! I don't even bother looking elsewhere.

Used Direct Gap twice now and on both occasions I have received top quality service from Diane and a competitive quote. Diane is extremely patient and answers all questions in a polite and professional way.

Haley was extremely personable and I was able to purchase my insurance policy over the phone very easily with all the policy details sent straight away by email.
