Easy to navigate the website and find what I needed. Delivered the ordered quickly

Great hockey trainers. I ordered 2 pairs the wrong size but was able to exchange for correct size with no extra cost. Brilliant service. Thank you. Sent back and returned in a couple of days.

Exactly what I was looking for and supplied very speedily.

Complicated order in that ordered sizes were not a good fit requiring exchanges and refunds. Company communications were excellent throughout and service was prompt. Flexibility in the process to ensure good customer satisfaction was much appreciated.

Can’t fault them. Ordered adidas hockey trainers. Great quality, size was a tad small and the exchange process was flawless and quick, and free postage too so didn’t have to pay postage twice. Would definitely recommend

Excellent price, product and delivery

Good service , arrived within the timeline . Good quality. My granddaughter loves them

Paid extra for quick delivery as needed in 3 days and it did not arrive by date given.

Hockey bag was ordered Friday afternoon and was delivered to N. Ireland on the Monday.... Super service!

My order came very quickly and the hockey boots didn’t fit my son just right so we arranged an exchange for a larger size which was easy to organise and also came quickly with no postage charge. Their website was easy to use and good service.

Easy access website, good quality product and fast service

I placed an order and used next day delivery. When the item arrived it was flawed. One quick phone call with a follow up email and photograph of the problem and a returns label was issued by Direct Hockey. After I provided proof the parcel had been posted a new bag was dispatched using next day delivery. Excellent customer service, would highly recommend.

It was our first time ordering from this website and l was truly impressed by the wide variety of sports equipment and with plenty of sales.

Excellent product. My daughter absolutely loved the hockey astros, the comfiest shoes she’s ever had!
Good quality and prompt service.

I’ve bought several items from this company now. Every time they arrive right when they say they will, they are in great condition as you’d expect for new items. I cannot think of a single thing I’d improve about dealing with this company.

Had everything I needed and was at a reasonable price. Came very quickly and as expected.

Good service, price of my adidas astros was cheaper on this site to other shops. Delivered on time.

I was a bit worried coz some reviews don’t seem to like these guys but I love my bag!! I got a grays hockey bag amazing quality gorgeous bag. Do recommend.
