Ordered 22 November for a Christmas present for my kids. Only part of my order arrived and after constant emails I have had no response from company on the whereabouts of the rest of the order I have paid for. No other details to contact them on. Very frustrating

My order was confirmed on 23rd November and as of 21st December, not only have I not recieved my item but I have had no communication from the company. I have sent 2 emails and tried online chat with no luck. My tracking order just says order confirmed. Very frustrated as this was a Christmas gift!

Nearly been a month since ordering, and no tracking info was given, I have no idea if I'm ever getting my item, customer service never replied and my apple tree that I bought the net for has just been decimated by the cockatoos. I will be chasing a refund as I haven't heard back from the company.

I had to got through PayPal to get my money back, as the company never replied.

good price and quick delivery and they woked very well should have gutter clips with them thanks verry much

Direct on Sale is always prompt with their correspondence, and deliveries are in a timely fashion. In regards to my latest purchase, being a fire pit I was disappointed with the size of the product. The description matched however, the pictures displayed made it seem much bigger. I will definitely take more time to review the size of products in future. A lesson learned however still very happy to deal with Direct on Sale.

I made an order for a Christmas gift. Three days later no confirmation email has been received. I am getting worried and not sure if I should ring my bank to organise a chargeback and order from a different supplier.

when we order some thing what we need is a tracking number so we know when it will arrive thanks Harry

Really happy with product and has been good service prior to this.
I did not receive my full order. Understand if sold out but would like to be notified and refund sent automatically without me chasing the money

I have purchased an item on the 23/09/2022... and payment was deducted from my Credit Card... and still waiting for the item some 4 weeks ago....
You have confirmed the order copy below....
please let me the problems....
otherwise i will ask my bank to reverse the payment back to my account....

It was quick and easy to find and buy what I wanted

The ladder I purchased arrived on a Sunday between two and three days earlier than expected. The ladder is easy to use but a bit heavier than expected. However it is a sturdy bit of kit, is extremely small when folded.
Very pleased with it.

I get cancelling a sale, but not ever then communicating it, is a major problem, because, I'm waiting for something that is never going to come. There are no contact details either, so getting a refund is far too challenging. Good deals aren't just about cheap prices

Ordering process was easy and quick, yesterday.
Goods not yet delivered so cant comment on delivery time.

Appalling. I was completely unable to contact this awful company and they only replied when I raised the issue further. Even then I was forced to cancel my entire order.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER.

I found the communication from Direct On Sale to be poor because I wasn't notified when my items were put on back order. It wasn't until I questioned why the order hadn't been processed that I was told about the back order. I'm happy now it has been fulfilled.

I have sent 2 emails when its going to be sent. No confirmation email...no communication....no purchase sent.
