Checkout kept sending back saying it cant ship to me yet I have use the site may be 6/8 times before. logged in again and again finely it excepted my order
all in all a big waste of time.Pay Pal went straight through .

I have not received any updates or my purchase so I’m not sure why you would keep reminding me to do your survey. Can someone give me an update on when I will receive my purchase ?

The product is jut what I needed for an outside project, very accurate

I ordered car booster seat for my child long time ago,I am still waiting for that,when I track my order it still showing on same location not moving, send email to get any update about my order but not respond.

Easy to purchase on a good website and the response with info and tracking info was prompt and efficient. I was kept advised of the day the parcel was coming and this was great as it enabled me to ensure someone was home. I love the quality of Direct on Sale products. I have ordered many products over the years.

Price said $153 online - then I received an email saying you had to add $60 for delivery - initially I said yes but then said NO (sorry) and haven't heard / received anything since.

Tried many times to find out when my order will be delivered. NO RESPONSE.
I will be contacting my credit card company to cancel payment. NOT GOOD ENOUGH

I was late wish my order but you were quick to prepare my order and also communication has been great.

The waterproof mattres protectors are a good high quality. This Is the second time I have purchased them, and I will continue to do so.

I found communication very poor. When courier dropped it off, he /she did not ring our doorbell ,it was just left there without our knowledge. Would have been nice of them to ring doorbell to let us know.
