Great packaging and delivered on time

I‘ve had a very rough time with my order due to UPS heavily damaging my goods. On top of that, I had unboxed the package long time after initial 14 days of warranty.

Although the 14 day period had long be gone, the guys over at Displaybox tried their very hardest to provide me with support and replacement.

The communication is really good and they answer fast and direct.

The Plexiglass surfaces really seem prone to getting scratched up, even tho they have this infuriating cover on them.

I dont know if thats how moduspace plexi glass is in general or if its only the Displaybox stock.

I‘ve had many different pieces of plexi glass so my assumption would be that its a brand common thing.

Overall recommendations for first time purchasers:

All Updated Assembly guides are on the moduspace website at the very bottom under the catgeory "help", I had already built 1/3 of the display until i discovered those newers guides and they helped a ton.

If you‘re a woman considering to buy these cases (i speak only for MAX series) I highly recommend to not build this on your own, I can not wrap my head around an average woman or a smaller sized man putting this thing together alone.

When all the hard work is done, it does look very premium and high quality, especially from slightly further away

Apart from a small scratch, everything arrived clean. However, given the size of the order, this is acceptable.

Die Moducase Vitrinen sind natürlich auch hervorragend, aber bevor ich die Wartezeit von mehreren Monaten oder gar über einem Jahr in aus Singapur auf mich nehme, würde ich jederzeit wieder liebend gerne bei Displaybox bestellen.

I genuinely can not recommend display box enough. I have wanted a quality display case for my collection for a while and needed to contact them with questions. Simon got back to me with an hour and even suggested how I could save 5% on my order.
I went ahead and ordered and the whole kit was with me in 2 days. I was stunned.
Have put the display cases up and they are incredible. You won't regret ordering from them if you want quality display cases for your collection.

I already have two Moducases from the Singapore website, so I was excited to see a UK based company were an official distributor.

I ordered early on Wednesday morning and by lunchtime I already had an email from UPS saying they had my item. It was delivered the following day.

The item was well packaged and was exactly what I hoped for.
