I decided to buy a Google Pixel watch and saw that Distex had the one. I phoned them had a helpful chat and decided to purchase online. On the order I gave instructions for posting which were followed satisfactorily. I'm very happy with my Distex purchase and highly recommend!

We’ve used Distext twice now, purchasing both an Apple Mac laptop and a brand-new, sealed Apple iPhone 17. On both occasions, the service was excellent.

It’s reassuring that they have a physical shop you can visit in person. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions without any pressure.

My phone stopped opening Word attachments to emails. It took Distex about 15 minutes to solve the problem and it now works perfectly. The Distex guy would not take any payment despite my trying to insist. This is a great company that cares about providing a service rather than just selling things.

True to the description I would say that the phone was New not second hand very pleased with it

Asked about a console they had on the website and Facebook marketplace where it was listed as brand new and sealed.
I purchased the legion go console on the website for store collection and after travelling to collect I arrived to a used item that wasn’t factory sealed at all.
I asked what happened and apparently one of the staff members had ‘broken the sealed box to check the contents’
I wasted my time travelling and arrived to a shop selling used goods as new ones.
I immediately asked for a refund and was told it would be up to 10 working days for my refund.

Dodgy shop, would not trust and would advise to avoid completely.

As per the reply from Distex, the item was not sealed in the box and on checking the contents in the shop it was not sealed inside the box either.
I had the email from Distex showing the refund may take 10 working days which I can upload as proof.

The distex team was brilliant helping me with my phone and was very quick , highly recommend!
