Ordered 2 headboards which I must say I am very happy with. The only criticism I have are that the headboard supports are very flimsy and the headboard rocks when it has been fitted to the bed. On the whole, I am happy with my purchase.

Ordered a Hypnos Mattress 1700hrs Bank holiday Monday the 29th Aug and by Wednesday tht 31st at 1030 the Mattress was on my bed a total of 41 hours, the whole process was done on line and was easy to follow, the delivery was well within the given time frame, needless to say we are very impressed with the service, now for some Z Z Zs. Thank you

Took about ten mins to put together,delivery drivers brilliant and customer services phone call away if need any help. We were abit unsure about the chrome feet, if they clicked in, but we had a camping rubber mallet which took 2 knocks and they clicked into place. The bed is sooooo comfy, lovely grey velvet headboard and divan in the same finish...really chuffed, would definetly rate divan bed factory and use again.

It's second time when i order from here and i am happy for my beds.Very good quality and price.

We ordered a divan and headboard, not sure we were going to the right seller BUT the whole experience has been easy. On delivery it was pointed out that one part of the king size divan base was damaged and we had ordered the wrong size headboard 🙈 Divan Bed Factory were very helpful and efficient on arranging for a new divan to be made and delivered with the right size headboard 😊. We can only compliment the company and the delivery people for being efficient, reliable and friendly. Thank you 😊

I ordered this bed 18-19 days ago. Drivers came, they went to set up and realized the footboard was on the wrong side. I rang the company up. The drivers explained the issue to staff that they couldn't set the headboard up. I was asked to email a screenshot of the issue. And then i rung up the next Monday. They said they,d replace the base. Then emailed saying they’d deliver it today. Drivers were lovely did what they were paid to do. There was a 20% discount code. But it hadn't applied properly initially so i emailed and they refunded the difference in about 2 days. Drivers were genuinely honest. Delivery is a bit pricey but they do give you the full service properly you pay for and i live up 2 lots of stairs. And they got rid of my unwanted old bed. They use 2 staff so they look after there staff re lifting etc, so worth paying the money. This is a UK company and they delivered both times when they said they would. I paid for their upper middle range bed. It was well constructed even the bottom of the drawers. There was a selection of colours styles and mattresses. I got what was on their pictures. Lovely colour. Decent bed, looked good. Comfy mattress. They are an honest company who will own and resolve their error. I dated the review today as base replaced today( they also let me use the other base whilst i waited to sleep on) honest mistakes dealt with the way they should be. People are human and unlike some scammy companies this company addressed them properly without the stress. So they still got the 5 stars any case.

Great service- with plenty of emails to update and on delivery day I was contacted by phone and informed of my mattresses earlier arrival- very pleased and mattress was perfect👍

Delivery not within time frame. Ordered within their timeframes but turns out they would never have had a slot in the time frame they are suggesting which they didn’t let me know about until the day before they should have been here. Poor show.

Was apprehensive buying a bed frame online. I needn’t have been. From ordering to delivery the service was great, didn’t take too long to arrive and it’s such a stunning frame, good quality and comfy. Thanks x

Very quick delivery, men delivered to my bedroom and took the old mattress out to the front garden, they were willing to take the old mattress away for an extra £10. But as my local tip recycles them, I thought this was a better option for the environment, I checked with the men and they did not think that the mattress would be recycled if they took it away. I had help from my family to fold the old mattress and tied it before putting it in my car boot.Man at the tip helped me lift it out and put it in a container for recycling.My new mattress is a good comfortable mattress, I am sleeping a lot better now!
