William George Avaliações

Used William George Auctions to sell some oil paintings I had. Website made it incredibly easy to upload details and then just wait until sold!
No fees for the seller - so no surprises when you get the payout. Would definitely use again and recommend.

I had a great experience with William George Auction. The service was professional, the process was straightforward, and everything was handled efficiently. Communication was good, and the overall experience was smooth and positive. I would definitely recommend William George Auction to anyone looking for a reliable and professional auction service. Thank you for the excellent service!

I have used William George Auctions numerous times both as a seller and as a buyer. Always, professional, friendly and very helpful. I am always grateful for a smooth transaction. Looking forward to the next dealing with them.

My queries were well answered

Avoid! Successfully bid on an item, paid immediately and a week later absolutely nothing. Despite three separate attempts to contact them, total silence.

Try to avoid! They are not paying the sellers!
Unprofessional customer service with employees with no education.

We have been been working with William George for the past 6 years during which time they have provided us with a friendly and professional service. Based on our experience I can confidently state that William George is a highly reliable and professional company and recommend them without reservation.

I would highly recommend WG to anyone looking to buy or sell. They are a trusted, professional organisation and a safe pair of hands throughout the entire process.

Having used William George for a number of years,
I have always found them to be very helpful,
And very professional with their dealings with me.

No problem at all with these guys, not sure what the bad reviews are about. pleasure to deal with , my watch arrived within 3 days. very happy chappy

Absolute disgrace, companies are selling absolute junk through them

These clowns are an absolute joke, you can't phone them they don't answer questions or emails and looking at the other reviews they only sell crap!!

This company is a complete joke. Once you pay, you are at the mercy of the seller. There is no authenticity whatsoever.
Buyers Beware!

Disgusting company who made a mistake and blamed us.
Thousands of lots purchased a year at auction.
Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and we have dealt with most of them.

DONT GO NEAR THESE PEOPLE.ASKED THEM TO CONSIGN ITEMS I HAD IN STORAGE.INDICATED OK & ASKED FOR THE ADDRESS WHICH I SENT IMMEDIATELY
THEN HEARD NOT A WORD FROM ROBIN GRAY DESPITE 3 REMINDER EMAILS TO HIM & TO GENERAL ENQUIRIES.
VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

They deleted my previous review from trustpilot. I am writing again.
I won a lot on ibidder what was ok. But since this company took over after the payment.. they keep sending me invoices but they don't explain what i am paying after a week.. no information when i will receive the item. Or what is going on! Very confusing and i felt very unsafe all the way. After i saw them reviews.. made me more scared. The end a i received the parcel luckily but you can see reviews where people the didn't receive them item... never again !

I sold some rare photographs worth hundreds through this auction house with no issues. Seems to me that all the poor reviews relate to buyers who have purchased a box of stuff without knowing what it is!!! Anyway, I would have no hesitation in using this company again.

Ok time to review mystery box, iv bid 3 and win every box says £200 guaranteed profit from three boxes if I will be get £20 that will be maximum they look like scammers please people read review and I never ever bid this proper proper proper scamming

I’m an experienced buyer that purchases hundreds of lots per week from various auctioneers.

William George had a lot that stated in the terms it could be collected, which appears to be a mistake as they say it now can’t be.

They wanted almost twice the cost to deliver it and when I declined as that makes no financial sense. Instead of refunding me, they blocked me.

I wanted to buy some products but after reading the amount of terrible experience people have had with them. I decided not buy as these type of auctions and JohnPye auction they only sell rubbish. this is truly a border line fraud
