Fast, efficient and great communication. The only reason for the lack of a fish star was that one wheel was reformed as part of the accident repair, and I was unable to pay for the there three to be done so that they match.

The service we received, from picking up our vehicle, advising situation during repair to the return of our vehicle a week later was superb. Staff we had contact with were all polite very helpful.

At first the repair looked and seemed ok, although it took 2 weeks. However I park my car in a garage and quickly noticed a puddle under the repaired side. I was concerned so I took it to a local garage and they said the new shock was leaking a lot of oil and is dangerous. They collected the car and said it was booked into VW on the Tuesday. By the end of Tuesday car hadn’t gone anywhere. They have had the car a week and done nothing

My experience was faultless. All staff that I dealt with were friendly but professional.

I had to ring them as I was not informed what was happening with the date to repair my car as they were awaiting parts for my car.

2 week estimate took 6 months, a bespoke ABS pipe was eventually made. But only after I complained. The decision to make a bespoke pipe should had been made after two month, not 6 months

Our repair was quick and efficient although to be fair it was not a big job as no panels had to be replaced just repaired and resprayed. The on-line progress tracker was a useful addition.
