Car was damaged badly, job took a bit longer than expected due to issues beyond their control. Communication was excellent throughout car came back looking like new. Great service and work.

I was kept uptodate on the progress of the repair except on the 2 occasions when the completion of had fallen behind the schedule.

Fast repair and vehicle picked up and delivered. Workmanship good,

My recent experience using DLG auto for my recent car repair was positive. The firm did exactly what they said they would and the vehicle was returned in just a few days

The staff kept me updated and was very quick and contactable. I did not to chase them for information and they managed to get my car fixed reasonably quickly. Everyone i spoke to was polite and helped

The worst company I have ever come across. Still waiting for them to finish completely fixing my car after over a month. No update nothing! Absolutely useless!

DLG did a great repair on my VW high up. Replacing a nr side panel. They returned the car clean and on on shedule. Could not ask for more.

The car was collected Grant a very pleasant kind man. Grant telephoned prior to his visit advising he was on his way. He explained the processes of repairing my car ensuring i understood what was to happen. Your office kept me up to date every 48 hours. Grant returned the car to me and again explained the repair. Such a lovely polite young man. Excellent customer service all round
