DLG Auto collected the car for repair when they said they would and returned it as promised 9 days later. The vehicle had been valeted and looked as new. Very pleased with the service.

Too long for the repair, didn't communicate well and vehicle returned with a very dusty interior.

My car was with DLG for an insurance repair which went fine until it was returned to me scratched. The driver of my returned car said it had been scratched on receiving the car from me.
I had to challenge the reception which they accepted was their fault. I had to chase for a delivery date. It was always me calling them, they committed to calling me back which they never did.no compensation offered

Was kept well informed alit took much longer than I expected.

They have made an excellent job of my repair work. I have been kept informed through out, any quires have been dealt with. A first class service for which i'm grateful.

Badly let down by inefficiency and communication.
Failure to let the hirer company know that the hired car had been returned led to a man at our door threatening police action. My wife was very distressed.

Repaired what was not working in an instant.

I could not fault any of the processes for repairing my car. Once, the online accident report was completed, I was contacted by DGL Auto Servies with a date for collection.  I was regularly informed about the status of the repair.  I was happy with the repairs and the work was carried out to a very high standard. They were professional and friendly throughout the repair.  Although I had to use DGL Auto Servies, I would highly recommend their services.
