Repairs completed professionally and I was kept up to date with the progress of the repairs throughout.

Really happy with the service. From pickup to return, everything went very smoothly. My Toyota CHR came back to me looking brand new after a full passenger back door replacement and fitting of new plastic trims. They even cleaned the car inside and out. The courtesy car was an added bonus! No hassle and stress free. Many thanks

Efficient collection, reasonable finish to the repair of my vehicle. Bullish tactics in telling me I had to exchange the rental car back for my repaired own vehicle or there would be costs incurred. Once arranged my car was delivered back at the time stipulated by DLG well in fact 20 minutes earlier but that's by the by. The car was also supposed to come back clean, the interior had a sympathetic tidy round but the outside had been washed at least the day before but had been kept outside overnight and it was dirty with rain and dust water.
In short, decent repair work but poor customer service and attention to detail.

I was kept informed of progress on the repair. Collection and delivery of my car before and after repair was exactly on the date and time stated. The repair was excellent, full Mark's DLG.

Friendly and helpful staff; kept in the know as to how the repairs were going on; car returned perfect, and even cleaner than when it went. Couldn't tell where the repair was done, and re-spraying was spot on

Generally a very good service and repair although contacts were made by land line rather than mobile phone despite DLG being informed that we would be away during the repair. Problem quickly resolved when the mistake was identified and DLG were contacted about this

Was told numerous times our car would be ready first 1 week then another week eventually 4 weeks

My car went for repair following an incident. DLG were appointed repairer. They collected my car and returned after repair completed. My car was returned with damage to the drivers door. However the company repaired the damage and provided a hire car for duration of the repair.
I have no complaints regarding the service.

Did not repair my car properly wing is still miss aligned car has been to them 3 times now some one coming in Tuesday to rectify agian every time they take comes backs with damage else where including scathes and a broken windscreen
