Great job. Excellent service! A special mention for Simon Tye, Repair Controller, his level of customer service is outstanding and DLG are lucky to have him!
My only criticism of DLG is that they don’t have enough courtesy cars available.

I am very pleased with the results and I was kept informed about progress all the way.

My contact, Simon Tye, made a huge effort to keep me continually up to date on how the repairs were going. It was much appreciated.

Drivers delivering and picking up were courteous, advised me of their arrival time. The car was delivered and picked up on time and as agreed. The car was in excellent working condition.

The only thing I could not make work reliably was the Android Auto connection which would have been problematic if I'd had to commute to work. It did work initially.

Excellent work, only problem is long waiting time for collect the car, I know it is a busy garage.

Overall most dissatisfied and disappointed. Story is long and i don’t have the energy to explain especially when you had the decency to return my car back which was not even in running order !!! I am in the process of seeking legal advice and cancelling my insurance cover with Direct Line !
