The rep was helpful. She initially denied my request for refund even though I had canceled within the trial period. But she consulted her back end and came through. Looks like it is you policy to deny first. Anyway, five stars to the rep and four to you.

I only stumbled upon this because I was looking for a free estimate template. After going through and filling out an abundance of information, I was ready to finish and I was prompted to sign up and pay something to get the document I had just completed. There was an option for free, which I selected, but it charged me anyway.

This is truly a free website. It was exactly what I needed, because the original POA that was issued years ago had an error in it. I was able to correct this error with a one time use. I do not have a need to with a subscription that I will never use now that I'm retired. Thank you Document Genius for help out in this situation.

Good Service
I was able to successfully convert an important document from PDF to a Word Doc using Documentgenius. There were only two parts of my document that did not transfer well, but it was still usable.

Documents Are Not Free
I thought it was a good tool when I began because it said it was free documents. Once I had everything completed it wanted to me pay to even print what I had done. On google it said free. That is not free. I had to use my credit card no matter what I chose to do. Then trying to cancel it wants to sale you more. Not a fan and will not recommend.

I was able to complete my document
I was able to complete my document. It does everything it says it can do pretty easily but it isn't free. There is a free trial but after they will charge you. I wish you could just pay to do one document instead of monthly or annual plans.

Trustworthy and Reliable Document Preparation Service
The ability to find and create the product was easy and I was able to edit the documents when I made a few errors. I very much appreciate the ability to cancel the service for now due to limited need for legal documents as a retiree. However, if I find that I need to use such a service as this in the future, I will definitely subscribe to Documentgenius to do so.

The app did what I needed to be done. However I don't see me using it no more, just a one-time action and I don't want to forget to cancel and be constantly billed for something I am not using.
