I subscribed to TRIAL option and found it user friendly and fast. I ended up cancelling only because I don't foresee enough usage at this time. But would subscribe again should that change.

This site was so easy to use
This site was so easy to use. I needed to combine 3 pages into a PDF file. The upload was quick and I was able to get the new document over to my client in less than 5 mins rather than running back to the office to scan which would take over an hour.

I wasn’t able to cancel my trial before…
I wasn’t able to cancel my trial before getting charged for the next month and Mai was EXTREMELY helpful and was able to secure a refund for me as a one time courtesy. I really appreciate it and would highly recommend these services as the support team is awesome, i simply had no need for them.

The program seemed relatively easy
The program seemed relatively easy. Unfortunately, the information and clauses that were painstakingly entered did not get included in the Note. I could have typed it from an existing Note and got the information. Took extra time to do that process and recreate.
