Notary Block is Invalid for the State of Florida
Your forms do not contain the correct notary block for the State of Florida. As of 2020, the FL Statute requires that the notary block contain specifications "physically present" or "online notarization." Therefore, this form is not usable in the State of Florida. There are also issues with line spacing, making the form unattractive.

This was a trial run. It actually is very good. I will look to this option to create another document
this online tool is a very easy to navigate and is a good start for a draft document for the parties to begin negotiations

No medical POA /incorrect county name on notary
I could not find a medical power of attorney. The notary page incorrectly placed state name where county name should be.

Document genius was good for creating general contstruction contract.
Document genius was good for creating a simple contract, but it is a download from the website and not an email confirmation. Therefore when I tried to cancel after the trial, it was difficult to find out how to cancel. Ultimately, I went to my downloads, and found the original download so i was able to cancel.

Refund Refusal
They refused my refund though I requested it immediately. This common practice is unethical and unpopular and reveals the company only values making a quick buck and not real customer service. I will never use them again.
