I felt misled by the free document…
I felt misled by the free document advertisement. After I completed the document I was informed that I had to provide a CC and sign up for a $49/month subscription, with no charge if canceled within 7 days; So, it was not a lie since I immediately canceled after completing the document. I would preferred to have paid $5 or $10 for the document as I have no need for any further documents.

I was very impressed that I could find a roommate rental agreement that was so thorough. In fact, the document was food for thought about how I wanted to proceed with renting a room in my home.
I didn't end up using the lease but would consider trying DocumentGenius.com again if my needs change.
