App needs to be better
There are some good things - low fee, good options. The app is clunkier than other providers. Getting statements should be easier - i.e. they are in an odd location, you have to request customer service to get a statement outside of the quarterly statement, so it takes a few days. The LISA information is out of date, with no mention of the penalty reduction.

Kiera answered all the questions quickly and concisely. My only annoyance with Dodl is the time it is taking to get my money, transferred to AJ Bell especially as this is an internal process.
