Ordered harness. Took forever to get here. Too large. I wanted to exchange but they would not allow because it was personalized.
Dog’s name is on a detachable Velcro patch, it is not imprinted with his name into the harness. Bad customer service. Filed a dispute with PayPal. They credited me with my money. Look elsewhere where someone answers the phone and honors refunds and exchanges.

Awful harness. Two broke in two years. Almost lost the dog both times.

My wife will handle the return.Its like I don't want anything back from your people.

I love the products. They are well made and sturdy. I have bought 3 harnesses over the years. Not because they are not well made, because regular wear and tear and I wanted different colors.

Update …they contacted me and giving a full refund for my purchase. Little slow but they are making it right for there customer’s experience is great.

Bought my 7 year old dog a new harness from Doggykingdom. It was a big improvement. One clip vs 2 clips. Also easy handle.Also, got a harness for my puppy. Very light in weight for both dogs. Love the USA Flag design. Also, love the Velcro name & phone number!

I ordered the harness then at the end asked if I wanted the leash. I ordered that too. Leash was not in the box. I brought it to Shaun’s attention. He said take a picture of what was delivered. I did. He said sorry need more proof. I took a picture of what was delivered and they didn’t honor it. I did not get the leash. Don’t order from here. Get it somewhere else.
Mary from this company contacted me and rectified what should have been done. Received the leash finally as she took action when she saw my review.

DoggyKingdom has always been a fantastic company to deal with--great products and fast service and shipping! The harnesses are wonderful quality, and hold up to the hardest usage and pulling--the only thing that we've found that they don't stand up to is our sweet, cute little beagle chewing off the buckles (what he has against buckles I'll never know!)!!

Horrible customer service, there is no customer service! Nobody to talk to and no answer to my email. Dog jacket size was way too small when going by their sizing chart. Will donate and be done with this phony company.

Edited to add that after I wrote this review, the company contacted me and offered to provide a correct size harness. Thank you DoggyKingdom for standing behind your product.

I ordered a harness using their sizing guides and it is way too big. When I contacted customer service they offered me a discount to buy another harness. Right, because I want to invest more miney in something that should have worked out the first time. What a waste of money.

This is without a doubt the biggest rip off I have encountered in my entire life. It took 11 days to deliver and I got the shipping information on the 12th day. Wrong size, want fit, you only get 40% credit for right size, or "STORE CREDIT ONLY." "NO REFUNDS!" Cheap Chinese made crap.

This company is miserable. I placed an order and received basic shipping information. Based on that information I submitted a question to customer service asking if the product was being shipped directly from China. Wanted this information to estimate delivery time. Response was that they had warehouses all over the world. Okay, that's nice but it didn't answer my question. Asked again, was provided a link to a spot on its website that says that most of its products are made in China. Okay, but again, not an answer to my question so I asked again. Response was to resend a prior response. Really? How hard is it to say, "yes, this item was shipped directly from China"?

Ordered one singular glow in the dark patch on august 30th. It is now Sept 13th and I still have yet to receive my product. Emailed the company for them to say it was on the way 7 days ago - I checked the tracking and it’s still not even in transit - 3 weeks for a piece of Velcro I could get off Amazon in a day is effing ridiculous. I try to support vendors - but this one is not worth supporting - they have til the end of the week to get me my product or I’ll be asking for a cancellation and a refund - do better. *update - it’s sept 19th and I still don’t have my package, almost a month!!!!*
