A total scam. Doll cost +$200. I was expecting doll to look like the advertised doll my granddaughter picked out for her birthday. The dolls face was not cute, the hair was like any other doll you would buy, sparse hair strands. Long curly hair for a newborn.. not short fine hair. Ugly misrepresentation and only said they could refund 10%. DO NOT order from this company.

The doll I received looks nothing like the one I ordered. I also emailed them several times and got no response. They are definitely a scam

I ordered a silicone doll as the pics looked amazing. Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews on here first because I wouldn’t have bought it if I did. Received the wrong doll nothing like what I ordered and the hair is falling out in clumps. Getting through to customer service and replies is disgraceful. Do not buy from this company!

I ordered two dolls of different types because the pictures were great and they looked very realistic, they weren't mega expensive but they certainly weren't cheap. What arrived in a tatty box were two plastic dolls that I wouldn't even let the dog chew. They looked dreadful and nothing like the pictures. When I emailed the company 4 times I am still waiting for a response. DO NOT BUY ANY OF THESE DOLLS.

The doll I ordered was not the one sent to me! I was told the ones on the web are for photo shoot only. Proper scam!!! I had to pay £33.30 at my own expense to return. The doll was not worth the price. I wouldn’t pay £10 for it. Avoid this site, it’s a rip off!!

I paid 199.00 for a full silicone doll, never received the merch. I lost my money. Do not buy from them they are SCAMMERS!

Total scam. You do not get the doll the pictures are advertising. PayPal did not help fix the situation, which was really annoying. but then I finally opened a dispute with my credit card company making the same arguments as I was making with PayPal. It took 90 days but it was closed in my favor.

Received my order but the doll looks nothing like that in the picture and is definitely NOT a reborn doll. These people are an absolute scam, steer clear!

Never again. Scam company. You will not get what you have ordered, neither see you money again.

SCAMMERS doll looks nothing like advertised was a gift for my daughters birthday and it was all she talked about how she was getting a “real” baby she was absolutely heartbroken when I had to tell her it didn’t arrive (it did but I couldn’t show her the baby as it was so horrid ) looks like a cheap doll you’d buy in the market for £5 absolutely disgusting! I have my fingers crossed the bank will refund me as these are refusing to ! 100% money back guarantee they say ! BULL … don’t buy !

The doll i ordered for my wife was nothing like the reborn doll in the picture on there website, they then expected me to pay for the return to china which i eventually did because i think they thought i would not bother but because i had a full refund of paypal i did bother, and they had it back,talking to these people was a complete waste of time and i will warn you there customer service is diabolical, please dont order from them, and i cannot thank paypal enough.

If I would give 0 stars I word. One of the worse scamming companies I have the h pleasure of dealing with. I have tried many times to show what they advertise is stolen from genuine doll artists sites and a cheap doll is sent, nothing like what they advertise. Costing a great deal of money they keep on insisting the doll is as advertised. Even upping refund now standing at 35% which of course I refused. Proving they know exactly what they are doing. Please Facebook take this and very similar sites down. I wish I could post a picture if the rubbish they sent me costing well over £200.

My previous feedback and their response, I have been contacting them and they just keep saying same thing , however will not honour that fact that they advised if it was returned and I provided receipt for postage they would refund. Total joke of a company did not receive a penny from them. Keep saying that they provided the doll that was ordered but may vary,,, yeah it varies it looks nothing like what I ordered and clearly they are showing other people’s creations. I can’t stress enough to stay clear is them.
