I ordered a real reborn doll for my granddaughter who's 8..I paid for the doll March 2nd 214 dollars..we got the doll about a week and a half later and my granddaughter loved her...well shhasnt even had her 3 weeks yet and I paid extra to have the doll habe real hair and all her hair fell out..when I contacted the store they offered me 24 dollars back..I declined I want a full refund or a new doll shipped ..my granddaughter should not have to pay the price for a messed up doll from a company who rushed the order and didn't make her properly and crushed my granddaughters heart...I will never buy from this place again and am in the process of disputing this with my bank . .I deserve my money back so I can get my granddaughter a quality gift elsewhere that she can enjoy without it falling apart...I highly recommend not buying from this company

Spent £130 on a doll and paid extra for it to have ‘rooted hair’ for my daughter’s birthday. The doll arrived, it was nothing like the picture and completely bald. Even the clothes were nothing like the quality shown in the images. When I tried to report this on the email given on the website - I was told to reach out to a different department via email- no email provided. Total scam! £130 of my money down the drain and one little girl about to be very disappointed on her birthday

Garbage scam website. They steal pictures of dolls that look nothing like what is sent. Bait and switch for sure. They offer refunds but demand shipping to china even though the dolls are sent from California.

The dolls are garbage quality. The website shows totally different dolls that are real lifelike looking. The dolls I ordered were plastic and looked nothing like the dolls I ordered. The girl doll was supposed to have straight fine baby like hair but the one I payed for is a cheap ugly curly coarse sparse so called frizz. The legs don't bend so you cannot sit the doll upright with out falling down. The price is ridiculous for a cheap ugly doll. The boy doll I received was nothing like the picture of it. The doll was ugly and the legs did not bend either. The legs are molded into a bent position. The doll was made of plastic and cheap materials. Stay away from this scam company!!!! They're using real artists photos that is illegal to do and selling garbage.

The doll I received looked nothing like the doll I ordered. The pictures on the website totally misrepresent the cheap, nasty (but expensive) product that is sent. The hair on the doll I received is very thin with each plughole very visible. It looks like a $25 doll from KMart which I was gulled into paying over $200 for. They pretend to be based in the US but the product comes directly from China where the 24 hour service centre is also based. The service centre starts by professing that they want to put the situation right but quickly progresses to "you got what you ordered". If you want a refund you have to pay full, tracked postage back to China. I wasn't confident that if I did that I would get any refund anyway. BEWARE of this scam site.

According by these reviews I think that the reborns are fake. I paid $75 for a ribbon that I fell in love with, and I bet it's not even gonna look like the same thing. It's not even showing me when it's coming, and I bet it's gonna come like 4-5 months from now, and it's almost Christmas. I got everything I wanted for the doll, and guess what? It's gonna look like a freaking gremlin. Do better.

I saw this adorable little baby girl doll on this site and immediately fell in love with her. When I received her though she wasn’t the doll I fell in love with at all! It was a completely different doll! Customer service assured me that she was the doll I ordered. I took screenshots of the doll on their site I fell in love with, and also the same views in those pictures as the doll I actually received. I had to point out obvious differences. It was like they weren’t willing to acknowledge it! I finally said (via emails,) that they sent me a completely different doll than the one I ordered. They offered me a 10% refund the first time and said I could keep the product. I told them I’ve spent over $200 on her and I want a full refund as this is NOT her. Then they sent a second email saying I could have a 20% refund and keep the doll. In order they said to avoid overseas costs to return her. I said no. They don’t give you the shipping return address unless you go thru this email process with them and ask them for it. So then I finally get this email offering me up to a 25% refund and I could keep the doll. Or they said here’s the return address. It was in China. The reborn doll site says it’s in Kington, GB. I shouldn’t have had to BEG for the return address 3 times via email. And buyer beware: you won’t get the doll in the pictures and the first thing they’ll say is yes, you did. “They have minor differences because they are handmade.” When I pointed out the huge differences all they could say was I know you’re not happy. Literally: for example the doll on the site I fell in love with had straight hair. Mine came with very curly hair. The doll on the site had cute shaped big lips. Mine came with almost no upper lip and this bright orange color not the same as the site. The baby on the site looked real! But the baby I received looked very fake. Buyer beware. Also I decided to order a carrier for my arms to hold her from their site and other clothes. I returned the doll a few days ago, and I still haven’t received my second purchase for her. Tracking says it’s at the airport in China. I ordered both the same day. I wonder if I’ll get my second package? We’ll see.

I now find the goods have the following fault:

I believe all of the concerns mentioned apply here. The product quality is extremely poor — the hair has already fallen out, which raises serious health and safety concerns, especially for children or babies. It is not fit for purpose, as the hand has detached. Additionally, the item does not match the advertised photo on your website, which is misleading. In my opinion, the doll's appearance is also quite unattractive.

You advertise in $ but the actually address is in the UK

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods you supply must be of satisfactory quality. As there was a problem with the goods when I bought them, I request that you give me a full refund.

Please respond within 14 days of receiving this letter.

BEWARE SCAMMERS. This is a really bad shop and when I mean bad I mean HORRIBLE. I suggest searching it up before you buy because I ordered this for my daughter and I almost paid 230 bucks for this HORRENDOUS LITTLE CREATURE. When I showed it to my daughter she was petrified by this THING. Hate it. Don’t recommend unless you want to be jump scared by this UGLY ATROCIOUS STICKY STRETCHY ELASTAGIRL.

My mom ordered a reborn doll for my birthday I was so exited it took almost 3 weeks to come and when it came it was nothing like the photo it was a reborn doll version of chucky I cried a lot I was really scared of it for a long time. It’s a horrible horrendous creature I wrote a review one the real website and they deleted my review

Scammers. This doll is nothing like the picture. They know they are scamming. Just dig in. Many Google searches show their failure as a company for the last 5+ years. They are knowingly scamming. I hope to see a lawsuit and put them out of business.

Latest victim! I just received the fake doll that I ordered to fulfill the wish list of a child in foster care. I am livid. The scammers are gaslighting me and offering a 10% refund. I wish I could share the ridiculous side by side photo on here.

Total scammers DO NOT SHOP THERE. They take your money and send you a completely different doll than the one you order. The dolls are just ordinary dolls nothing like the pictures on the website avoid at all costs!!

Really shocking how these people advertise a certain doll and when it arrives it is a cheap knock-off that looks not even close to the original doll we ordered.
This completely ruined my daughters birthday as the doll arrives in a closed box.

Pretty much a scam stay well away, its a cheap PVC doll the website pictures are fake, however its very hard to get a refund

Stay away from this website unless you want a doll that looks nothing like what you ordered and was probably made is some sweat shop. I am now something like 15 emails into my complaint and it’s gaslighting BS followed by incremental offers of compensation. I just want my money back. Do you research.

Then they’ll email you pretending they’re “so busy” but yet the package can not be found or tracked! Wanted to buy my daughter a doll for Christmas just for this pathetic website to scam me out of my money! I hope karma gets these people BAD!

I have returned an Avatar Doll, as it was not like shown in photo, I returned it by recorded delivery, I know it was received back, but have heard nothing back from them. I have also emailed customer service but they haven't replied. They are quick to take your money. But never respond. How do I get my money back?.

The exact same dolls are half the price on amazon. Also I had to contact them for tracking information as nothing was sent.
