Excellent experience all round, starting with the young lady in the showroom and ending with Gary who installed the lift, not forgetting Perry who did all the measurements. All the staff were friendly, professional, cheerful and efficient.

I am 84 years old . My stair lift was going no where. I phoned Dolphins stairlift South west. A very knowledgeable yound lady answered the phone. With her help we did a manual check and she realized that I needed am engineer. A very nice gentleman arived 2 hours later and found the lift needed a switch. Job done . This is what I call service. WELL DONE

My recent commutations to the office, (both on the telephone and via emails), were both easy and quickly responded to by two very nice ladies. The following and subsequent visits to me by two different engineers were also excellent, as they were both polite and knowledgeable regarding the product. It is nice to deal with a company that is customer focused.

Technician punctual, he was pleasant, worked well and quickly and job completed satisfactorily. Will certainly use Dolphin Stairlifts again.

Great team - arrived 3 days after initial communication to give advice, measure up and costings. Three days later a fitter arrived to instal. After 3 hrs he had completed the work to a high standard. Would recomend.

Very professional and friendly service to install a tricky stairlift with lots of twists and turns. Impressive precise workmanship carried out by Lee and Neal who were extremely courteous. Nothing was too much trouble and the finished stairlift has certainly made life easier. We were kept very well informed from the survey and quotation stage, to the ordering and fitting. The engineer was on time, polite and efficient.
I would have given 5 stars if we hadn't have to pay such a high price of £63 for 2 batteries which can be bought on the Internet for approx £25 (for 2 x Lucas brand).

Team arrived on time, serviced my stair lift, couldn't tell they were here, very polite, everything satisfactory.
