From our experience of dealing with Dolphin over a number of years, as a top rate company Dolphin fully deserve 5 star rating. The ladies in the office that deal with queries or arrange service bookings are most helpful and very pleasant to speak to, unfortunately we have no names. All the engineers that have visited us are very professional and effective. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. They include Neal, Sean,Adam, Ben and Lewis. Apologies to any I have missed. Great service from all.

Recent annual service of nearly 10 year old stairlift performed quickly and efficiently. We made enquiries about replacing the seat which was getting a bit worn and the company indicated that they had refurbished units available at a decent saving from new.

First class. The mechanic understood why the footrest was not extending and fixed it with the right replacement.

All the staff & engineers are so helpful & a very quick response when I had a problem with the stair lift.
I would recommend Dolphin of Crediton to all who need to put in a stair lift so that they can stay in their home.

My stair lift stopped working. It was Friday night just going to bed 22.00 hrs. Had to call out engineer

He was just home after another call out but he was kind polite cared about my need to get up to bed. About an hour later he left

The kind and efficient staff made this process so easy for me. I was nervous about getting and using my stairlift but the admin team on the phone, the surveyor who came to my house and the engineer who installed the lift made the whole experience so simple. Everything was explained and I am thrilled with my new stairlift.
