Just agreed a fixed price with Prem! They offered me very practical solutions after my system was leaking water and the leak was virtually untraceable. Chandan came to my place in the night and went through everything step by step and we opted for the 35 kw Vaillant Eco Fit Pure Combi as the best solution for us. Installation Sunday 17th Jan 2021 so will be updating my review once the job has been done!

I have received first class and efficient service from Domestic and Commercial Heating. I could not have asked for a better service. They responded with understanding on the telephone, attended the flat and assessed the cost of replacing the boiler within a few hours, two days later it was installed. I have many rented properties and I am delighted to have discovered an efficient reliable business I can rely on.

I am very pleased with the installation . The estimator gave me a price on he day which I considered to be competitive . Nevertheless I still obtained a number of other quotes to ensure that I was making the right decision . The installation engineer turned up on time on the day and was helpful and informative .. . The only slight disappointment was that he failed to explain how the programmer worked and it was not straight forward to programme . However the company did rectify this by returning a week later to explain the settings and in addition bought a spare programmer with them . The installation was completed two months ago and everything works perfectly

Really good service - new boiler quote, boiler replacement, fit & follow-up, done well & in good time.

Our old boiler is broken after 18 years of service. It has been a bit of emergency but the team has been able to turn around quickly and fitter a new combi boiler within a couple of days. Thanks very much for the fast and great service.

I don't often write reviews but was so impressed with the service from start to finish that I felt compelled to write this. The work related to replacing a very old boiler and the 3 individuals I dealt with (Prem, Chadran and Tahir) were all extremely professional in advising, planning and installing a new boiler. I will definitely be using them again and will also be recommending them to my family / friends.

As a landlord, I needed a replacement boiler quick as the tenant had no hot water or heating mid winter and attempts to fix the old one failed. I went with DomCom based on reviews and the fact they promised they could fit one within 3 days. I do not normally use tradesmen direct from the internet so was nervous but they kept their word, turned up and based on photos and a few phone calls, they had the right boiler and were able to fit successfully in 2 days. Certificates and paperwork all done efficiently online. Communications were excellent and the previous reviews accurate. I even got a landlords discount - very impressed with Prem and Chandran, well done!

Prem made this whole situation much easier to understand and deal with, in one word...Brilliant, the engineer Tahir was fantastic, arrived on time, got straight on with the job, overcome all added problems my old installation had caused. And the finished product was great, looked so much better than my old boiler, fitting and finish has been completed to a professional standard, and working perfectly.
When paying out such a big amount for something so important, you want to know you are in good hands, and with Domestic & Commercial you can rest assured you are. Would recommend to all my family and friends.

Emailed this company on the wednesday for a quote, they came round that afternoon, and soon after provided me with a quote, I had 2 further quotes arranged that afternoon, so the following day at lunchtime decided to proceed with them, Arranged for them to fit a new boiler on the Saturday. An hour later they called and said they could come round on the Thursday afternoon at 14.00 to fit the boiler. I immediately agreed to this. Plumber turned up soon after 13.30 and started taking the old boiler out, come 18.00 the new boiler was up and running and central heating was working, sheer bliss. I cant recommend this company enough, the service they supplied was excellent and very quick and unobtrusive. Once again a big warm thank you.

And a special thank you to Tahir Iqbal who fitted the boiler and Prem Kumar who set up the works. A stunning team.
