Dom Com fitted a new boiler into our flat just over a month ago. The service which we received was excellent. All my queries were answered thoroughly and patiently by Mr Kumar in admin over the phone. The engineer who fitted the boiler was extremely punctual, efficient, clean and tidy. The boiler has been working beautifully since being fitted. The cherry on the cake is that out of several companies, Dom Com quoted the best price for the work. Great value. We got a Baxi boiler for £1000 less than others were quoting for a Worcester but the water pressure & temperature are great and there's a 7 year warranty. They even did a power flush, which others were charging extra for. It seemed like a pretty big job for one guy in one day but Tahir did a great job. They were also able to quote and book in the work much more quickly than other companies.

The engineer who fitted the boiler did a very good job and sorted out some problems with the wall which he found whilst doing the work. I was kept up-to-date with the work as it progressed.

Great installation all steps followed as promised. Highly recommended!

Was initially cautious that all the services quoted would not be delivered.
Seemed too good to be true, with the price offered.
Thankfully, DomCom Heating delivered all their promises within their quote, and also saved me some money as well.
The whole New Boiler Installation, was nice, neat and tidy as specified and completed within half the expected timescale. Engineers were very helpful in explaining how the system works,thereafter.
The whole team were professional and offered an excellent customer service throughout.

Kumar in admin done great service from start to the end and make sure price and service matches to my requirement. Engineer fitted Viessman 29KW boiler with full fitting and its look great. Engineer boss has done few rounds to make sure all fitted nicely. In one word if you like to describe Dom Com heating, great team work. Thanks and keep up with the good work.

Dom Com know their business. Chandan arranged visit and was there before time. Gave a realistic quote and precise details of the boiler installment and gave an earliest installation date. Kumar kept me posted about progress and sent many reminders. Above all installation engineer Tariq was not only earlier for the appointment but carried out an immaculate installation within 4 hours.
I would say you cannot go wrong with this brilliant team. Thank you for a very nice job done.

Very good service from beginning to end received in conjunction with the replacement & installation of my new boiler. Good communication with the admin office in co-ordinating everything incl. the initial call out for a technician to come provide a quote, discussion of quote details & confirmation of pricing (in terms of what was incl. & excl. as part of the service). On the day of installation the technician assigned was very professional in his approach to the work required. He was efficient time wise & offered all explanations & assistance to ensure everything was running smoothly before he departed. Highly recommended company.

The boiler fitters were courteous, arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and did a decent job. Would highly recommend.

I trawled the market to attempt to get the best price -v- best service, and picked Domestic and Commercial. After a brief survey, we agreed a price for a replacement Combo boiler. On the appointed day, and at the appointed hour, Iqbal turned up on the doorstep, and five hours later, the installation was complete, cleanly, tidily and efficiently. Iqbal went out of his way to explain how the programmer and its associated App work. Excellent!
