Shocking! Brought a straightener for $50, received 2 months later and doesn't look anything like what I had purchased. Doesn't even have a Brand name on it other than a Made in China white sticker on handle. Tried to email them for refund and explanation and couldn't even get on their website! Bad,bad,bad!!!!! I want my money back you rip offs.

Purchased this straightener for 30 received about a month late but that wasn't the worse thing . I got a cheap straightener that didn't even look like the picture. When I emailed them to send it back they would not let me return it. Bad product and service.

Ordered the straightener in July still waiting. They haven't reimbursed me. Up until October they were answering my e-mails, providing me tracking numbers, followed by blaming it on COVID. Now the replies have stopped.

They are total scam artists. They are complete theives. I paid U.S. and in Canada it's like triple the money.

It's now December 2020, still no product, company still ignoring my emails!!!

Do Not Purchase from this company.

THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!!! I ordered my straighteners in July of this year and still have yet to receive it!!! I’ve BEEEEEN messaging them and all they tell me is that it has been delivered which it has NOT been.
I’ve checked everywhere my post offices and I haven’t even received a little pick up tag to get it. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

If there was a NO STAR option I’d have selected that.
This product is a piece of crap.

Saw the amazing ad, while scrolling through Instagram, that showed with one stroke, the section of hair went from frizzy to smooth! Ordered the pro model for $30 USD (which is like $100 CAD! JK!) and was able for A LIMITED TIME to order the original for $19.99 USD (so how can I afford not to!) on July 21st. After weeks of binge watching Netflix and Tik Toks, they finally arrived mid August. I tore open the tightly, wrapped bag and pulled out thick bubble wrap (oooohhhh added bonus - my poor man's version of a fidget toy) but was already weary of what I would find since it wasn't packaged in its own box. I opened the bubble wrap to find two no name retro looking flat irons. Nothing remotely like the sleek looking wand from the ad. Ugh, maybe it's the heavy duty camping model!?! Whoever packaged my order must have felt sorry for me as they included a decorative hair elastic. A subtle hint that I shouldn't lay my hopes on the flat iron? Denial made me grab one of them, plug it in and wait for it to heat up. It has a button that allows you to select 1 of 4 heat settings (160, 180, 200 and 220 ° C), where I chose the highest temp. As it starts to heat, there is a bit of off gassing so I leave it for a few minutes. I was running the "Dona-Hair" through my hair at a turtle's pace to try to smooth it. If they're trying to send us something retro then I'd rather they send me a clothes iron. It sure would have been faster to lay my hair on an ironing board and iron out all the kinks. I don't recommend ordering this as you don't receive the product shown on the ad....what's a girl gotta do to get some sleek hair around here@??

I ordered something and received something completely different.

I ordered it in July and I received it today in October.....3 months to find out they are not honest in what I received.

Their excuse for the 3 mtg delay is Covid....seriously.

I haven't used it, however I don't want to use it because how dishonest they are.

Never ever buy from this company. I ordered my hair straightener and paid for it over 3 months ago and have still not received it. You can only blame Covid for so long.

Worst experience ive gotten so far...
1st the product looks nothing like the picture 195$ and i could probably buy the same thing for 50$ at walmart the quality is not good
There response 0 refundable or exchange also due to the covide they work with another supplier thats why my product doesn't look the same ( that was there anwser)
Also took over 2 months to get it

I would zero rate this company if I could!!! I purchased the ionic brush - definitely did not do what the advert showed. If anything it made my hair more bushy cause it was being brushed!! When I tried to send it back and get a refund I was told that it was on sale and no refunds or returns!! The whole company is a joke! Unfortunaley I read the reviews on their website and didn't search on reviews here. Wish I had seen these first. By the way I ended up getting 3 of the things!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a straightener from here 3 months ago. It was shipping 2 months ago and I still haven’t heard anything. I emailed the support email but have received no response. Complete waste of money

Do not waste your money. It took six months to get it. They claimed I didn’t enter the address in properly. I got it as others have said in bubble wrap. It isn’t hot and the temperature keeps fluctuating. It feels like I am using a play toy flat iron. Then I emailed them and asked for a refund and of course they said it was on sale so I couldn’t get a refund.

DON’T BUY....... you don’t receive the straighteners advertised, you receive cheap everyday straighteners weeks and weeks after ordering. Absolute scam

Should have read the reviews before purchasing so here I am. Not impressed with the following:
- the straightener I recieved is completely different to what was advertised.
- straightener was not sent in a box or any decent packaging. It was only thinly bubble wrapped and placed in a postage bag.
- straightener feels and looks cheap

The straightener itself works alright, but I don't expect it to last more than 2 or 3 months. I almost fell for the "offer" of buying a second one at half price and serums too. I don't want to imagine what their serums are like.

All in all, nothing to write home about. Unless you like waiting for a few months for a sub-par product that is nothing like what is advertised, then give it a miss.

Do not purchase any of the hair straightners they are poor quality and the one's i purchased for my granddaughter the wires caught fire and melted and when I reported it to the company they said there was no warranty on them, didn't give a dam that they could of burnt my house down and killed my family.

*****Warning warning warning*****. Do not buy from this company. The product eventually arrives and they will send a different cheap ass unit that’s rubbish and give you some standard line that everyone else gets that they blame their supplier. It’s a scam, they advertise this good unit and send you a totally different one. The unit they send is a joke and this company is fraudulent and should not be allowed to operate. The reviews are all the same, I’ve sent a complaint to Instagram to advise of their fraudulent actions. Do
