We like Donor Perfect a lot. The support staff is amazing and the new products and services that have been added over the past year are very helpful.

I have not been using DonorPerfect for a long time, but I wish pulling reports were smoother. Also, being able to label donors without flags. I'm not sure if there is another way to do that, but it's difficult pulling donors or stakeholders, sorting them, and realizing they have a paragraph worth of flags. I am participating in training next week with my organization. I hope these items become more evident.

Donor Perfect is a tool that continuously improves to meet the needs of there subscribers.

Easy to use, constantly updating features to make things work smoother. I love that if you need help with anything I can call and anyone that answers can help with any issues instead of being transferred around from person to person.

DonorPerfect has been a great tool that I have come to really enjoy. It is a great for keeping track of all of our donors and the information is so easy to find. There are so many helpful reports that we can have within minutes that provide detailed information about our donors, prospects, members, cash flow, etc. It is also great to know that I can always call and speak to one of DonorPerfect's representatives that is always so friendly and ready to serve you.

I like their agile development approach - they are always improving the product and making changes based on user feedback (you can vote on the changes you want to see made first!)

Very handy resource for keeping track of our donors and various campaigns/solictations. Also appreciate the free webinars when I need refreshers (like on importing data from excel)

I love DonorPerfect software, It is robust to say the least. Customer service is exceptional and always professional. I've had many reports assistance to run with many criteria to filter out, and the staff members are always there to help me until 500 PM PST. That is awesome in my book!

The best thing about donor perfect is the ability to search up past donations. It seems trivial at first, but past support is critical information that can affect the future. I love the ability to do that.

The best part about Donor Perfect is DP support team. Whenever I tried "Live Chat Support", they were always available to help me out. They would provide step-by-step procedures for me to take. They are very patient and kind. Another thing I love about this software is numerous reports you can run. You can customize calculated field easily and I think you can almost get any report you are looking for.

Our organization is so pleased with DonorPerfect. It is a well-developed and thoughtful program. Their integrations with other programs can also be helpful depending on your need. Their chat feature is the most important feature to me. You always chat with a real person who is very knowledgable no matter what level of question you ask.

Pros: The support team is incredibly responsive to both call and text, even during peak work hours and during the pandemic. The reports are also very versatile, and we always get all the information we need. The ability to track everything from campaigns to sub-solicitors is very useful to help produce marketing data. The knowledge base also covers everything I've had questions on.

Cons: Minor bugs, but those get fixed just shortly after I notice them. If I were to nitpick I could say some things could be more aesthetically pleasing.

Overall: The overall experience has been incredibly positive. I am not quite sure how we would keep track of our donations had it not been for DP. Favorite part is definitely the support team, least favorite is that sometimes the receipting can get confusing.

DonorPerfect is constantly exploring new ways to support their customers no matter the situation. COVID 19 has created many challenges for businesses. DonorPerfect has helped with many solutions for these businesses.

DonorPerfect is a very large and robust program. It has a large array of tools, features, and capabilities. The learning curve can be a bit of a challenge but it's definitely worth it. All detailed things that have a wide variety of options can take some time to learn thoroughly...

That being said, the features and functions are comprehensive. It's really a one-stop-shop for so many things you'd have to piecemeal otherwise. I highly recommend the platform.

I also appreciate the affiliate software integrations. Like with constant contact, it's very useful to have that email feature/function on a platform that I'm familiar with but in a way that's integrated with the DonorPerfect software.

Pros: I could easily list out dozens and dozens of pros for DonorPerfect. It is very intuitive to use and very clean. The program has a wealth of options for use, from data entry to contact tracking to online giving and event planning. It can be accessed on a desktop, on mobile, and through an app, making for access anywhere.

Cons: The very minimal con I can think of is that reporting takes some practice to understand and operate at best capacity, but the training they provide is excellent in helping you learn and understand.

Overview: My organization has been using DonorPerfect for 3 years now and I cannot say enough positive things about the program. It is very easy to understand and to use, even for novice users, but can be used to produce the most intricate, detailed reports. The DP support is nothing but helpful, no matter your situation. They help you to understand what the problem is and how to resolve it so you know for future use. Having online giving and forms included in the system makes for such a seamless online giving program. DonorPerfect is constantly making updates and changes, often times taking suggestions directly from users, and editing to make the program as useful as possible. Overall, DonorPerfect was easy to migrate to and continues to be an excellent resources for our organization. It is used for everything from tracking donor engagement, donations, ticket sales, and fundraiser information. I would highly recommend this program to any non-profit in the market for a new system.
