Donor Perfect has been delivering great service and a great product for us for years.

Every single time I reach out for support or with a question, the DonorPerfect team jumps in to help and quickly respond. If they don't have an answer right away, the work on getting you an answer as quickly as possible. They also continue to upgrade to meet needs for fundraisers like having immediate thank you letters/emails for each gift easily mail merged.

Donor perfect support is stellar. They are always super fast in responding via chat and phone and they are always knowledgeable and able to clear explain the step by step process of what I need to accomplish. They are also polite and friendly--I know I am speaking to a real human being and that is encouraging when you don't know what the heck you're doing and in need of some hand holding.

I've been using DonorPerfect for almost a year now and have enjoyed the product and process thoroughly. Having used another fundraising platform prior, I have found DonorPerfect to be far superior in ease of use and results. Data entry and management is straightforward and mail merging is a much simpler process than I was using before. The spreadsheets I generate are exactly what I need and customizable when called for. For our small non-profit, DonorPerfect is well, perfect!

We are very pleased with our choice of Donor Perfect. Their software provides a very robust product to meet the needs of many development offices. Their customer service, training and knowledge is second to none. They also continue to provide improvements to their product.

I mostly recommend DP to my contacts because of their great customer service. Whether by phone or chat, I have had only great service and my questions are always answered.
Their in-person workshops are also hugely helpful.

I have been working with donor databases for a long time. As in, I started working with MS-DOS software. DonorPerfect is hands-down my favorite. We've had it for about two years now, and I am even more pleased with it now than I was at the beginning.

First of all, it is HIGHLY intuitive. We have users at many levels of technical literacy, and the across-the-board comfort level is pretty stunning. Things MAKE SENSE: Menus are sensibly organized; fields are clearly and accurately labeled, reporting is logical.

Barring some internet outages on *our* end, there have been VERY few times when we were unable to access DonorPerfect. (The mobile app covers a lot of those oops-the-wifi-is-out needs, too. It obviously doesn't do everything you can do on your computer, but it's VERY VERY NICE.)

Even in our small shop, we routinely used to run out of available seats with our previous database. Not a problem with DonorPerfect.

You also have a high degree of control. Add fields! Rename fields! Use the screen designer!

It's also striking how well they debug their updates. I am so painfully used to a new feature completely borking something useful... but DonorPerfect does an excellent job of making sure things FUNCTION before rolling them out. Wild, huh?

It just WORKS. Reliable as the ground.

The migration was shockingly quick and easy (and yet thorough and thoughtful). I do recommend springing for the teleconference training. While the support materials are EXCELLENT, having a personal walkthrough is totally worth the investment.

Tech support is amazing. They are responsive, respectful and friendly, and know their stuff COLD.

I should also note that their business practices are wonderful. Pricing is transparent. There are no games. It's refreshing after our experience with Unnamed Database Behometh.

I heartily recommend DonorPerfect. It's powerful, nimble, and stable. And some darned great people work there.

DonorPerfect has THE BEST customer service I've ever encountered! They respond quickly, they're knowledgeable, they walk you through the problem you're having, and then send you step by step instructions afterwards so you can easily refer back to them. As an organization we're able to track our donors efficiently, balance donations with our accounting department, and have vital reports easily accessible.

I am so impressed with the level of customer service I've received from friendly, knowledgeable representatives. I am new to the database but never feel bad about reaching out and asking questions.

DonorPerfect continues to be a strong Fund raising management system. They keep trying to improve both basic functioning as well as advanced concepts. I have used the product for years and would recommend it for any Development department large and small.

DonorPerfect continues to be a stellar fundraising tool for our team. Every year we use even more of its features, which are many, and the support department, in my opinion, are 2nd to none in the industry!

Things are pretty intuitive for using the software. On the rare occasions I have questions on how to run certain reports or need to find out other information by calling the helpline, the staff is, without fail, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, patient, kind, well-informed, and every one I speak to has excellent communication skills that break down complicated queries to manageable processes and tasks. I have never replied to any service call follow up with a review of less than 10/10.

Donor Perfect has been Great! The reports are very helpful and customizable for our nonprofit needs. Fairly easy to navigate. Support is excellent! Having access to Knowledgebase is very helpful when you don't quite understand something and you want a quick reference. Very easy to create your own screen as to how you want it to look. If you get a chance to take the Digging Deeper Seminar I suggest it, so worth it, very helpful and full of great information.

Platform is easy to navigate.It is easy to build a useful pool of information all in one area.

We do appreciate Donor Perfect and know we are not using as much as we will as time moves forward. Keep doing all you do and your assistance is very helpful.

I am new to DP again and I am very pleased with how it works.

We have been so pleased with DonorPerfect. As a small non-profit, DonorPerfect seemed ideal due to the price. But as we have used them, we are amazed with all the features. It is wonderful to have Ready/Set/Auction and Constant Contact integrated in the program. DP is easy to use -- easy to train someone new to use -- and invaluable as a resource for our non-profit.

I use DonorPerfect at work everyday. Since Covid-19 hit, I have been working 90% of the time from home. It has been a very easy transition to work from home using DonorPerfect. It is also very easy to pull all necessary reports to see who has given us donations in the past, but not this year.

I am having a hard time generating reports now. Even when I have seen articles, videos and tutorials, I sill have doubts about filters and some other things, and have not been able to get the information I want. There are some areas of improvement when it comes to the report builder and reporting in general.
