Lindsay Teisl is amazing! She is patient and helped us find a specialized plan that really works for us. DooFinder works great, of course, but so do other platforms. Great search app
Doofinder smart search has shown great results so far and is a vast improvement on the standard search we had been using on our Big Commerce site.
Shaun was a great help throughout, explaining the data and various features of the app.
I'd recommend the free trial as it literally took 2 minutes to set up and starts recording results instantly.
A great improvement thank you.

Great insight into customer searches
We have recently implemented Doofinder onto our wordpress website. The implementation was very straight forward, and Ricardo took us through every step. Whilst it is relatively new for us, this first month has given us an insight into what our customers are searching for, and also potential opportunities.
We very much look forward to seeing the results for the next couple of months.

Améliorer notre fonctionnalité de recherche faisait partie des projets dans les cartons, et Doofinder nous a permis de mettre en place un outil efficace, avec des fonctionnalités intéressantes comme la navigation à facettes, via une solution clé en main.
Nous avons pu collaborer avec l'équipe de Doofinder, notamment avec l'aide de Baptiste Carniero qui a su nous apporter des informations qui nous ont été nécessaires et pour le suivi des modifications spécifiques à apporter à nos résultats de recherche, conformément à nos besoins métier.
