Great service and no issues, only gave 4 stars because for me personally they are just too sweet, other than that, they were lovely

They tasted De, came across her website online and they looked Amazinggg in the pictures, I was after a specific cookie, and came across hers... They are very nice, they unfortunately didn't arrive in the state of the pictures but thats down to the delivery company.. Half of them don't give a crap what's been delivered, they just deliver them.... Sad nobody has any pasaze in the their Jobs. ... Apart from this lady...Luv your work....Thats why I brought more.... Thanks Again 💯 😊

What I ordered was amazing 😍 the flavours were delicious and there was so many to choose from. I had heard about dough girl from someone I know and was highly recommended. And I too, will be recommending it to others too: I will be definitely ordering again 100%
Beautiful flavours and I cannot wait to try the cookies now

Great service! Deliervey came a day late but I didnt mind the wait as it was well worth it! Me and my partner both had 3 brownie slabs for £9 and the price was very reasonable. The brownies were amazing! Next we will be ordering the cookie pies! Liturally want to taste every flavour :)

The three cookie dough slices that I tried were so nice. I had M&M, Rolo and triple chocolate. I warmed each one for 20 seconds and ate it with a dollop of ice cream. 😋 I have placed another order for some more and can definitely recommend.

Apart from not being here when wanted but cakes oh wow

Absolutely beautiful 😍 evry order has been so delicious 😋 and amazing professional helpful service every time thankyou all

i love the cookies so ordered more thank you emma i will be ordering again soon :)

Fab cookie pies all round, did come the day after I requested (so order in advance) but still in time for the party. Everyone loved them. Thank you for blue light discount.

Absolutely lovely. My favourite is the pistachio biscoff cookie pie

Easy to order and very clear on prices and delivery. Delivered as promised and kept me updated via emails. Excellent. The cookies were enjoyed by my daughter n her friends. An awesome birthday gift.

Second time ordering from DoughGirl, great service, packaged well and sent out quickly!
Products are always delish! We have tried different brownies and cookie pies which are so yummy we will be ordering some more!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business based on my experience.

My order was delayed and was still being picked on the day it was meant to have been delivered, which was disappointing in itself, but what made the situation considerably worse was the way the issue was handled when I contacted them. I had hoped for some understanding, empathy and a genuine attempt to resolve the problem, but instead I was left feeling that there was very little care or willingness to take responsibility for the situation.

What should have been a straightforward issue to resolve became increasingly frustrating. When something goes wrong with an order, I believe good customer service is about acknowledging the problem, showing some understanding and doing what you can to put things right. Sadly, I did not feel that was the case here.

I’m leaving this review because I think potential customers should be aware that orders may not arrive when expected and, if there is a problem, you may not receive the level of customer care or understanding you would reasonably expect.

It’s incredibly disappointing that something as simple as showing a little understanding and taking responsibility seems to have been too much to ask.

EVEN AFTER THEIR REPLY I ORDWRD FROM THEN MANY TIMES AND THE XODE STILLNDONT WORK !!!!!

Terrible site and even worse customer service. I tried to apply my 25% discount code, and it showed as accepted. However, as soon as I pressed ‘Pay’, the discount was removed and I was charged the full amount.

I’ve now tried to cancel the order, but there is no option to do so. I’ve emailed them requesting a refund for the difference and will have to wait and see if they actually respond.

Really disappointing experience and definitely not what you’d expect from a company’s website and customer service.

Excellent...Been wanting to order for a while. It was our Anniversary so ordered for my husband. Very happy that they came on the day I requested. Amazing & very nice ..............

Delivered on time , packaged well and tasted great

Good Quality
Good Service
Thank You

Had the m'n'm cookie pie and was disappointed in all honesty. Yet ive had a cookie pie before and it was lovely. This tasted a bit too rich and the chocolate seemed very cheap! I also was meant to receive them on the Tuesday and they didn't arrive until the Thursday which was disappointing

Beautiful. Looked beautiful, tasted beautiful and was well packaged for protection. I will definitely be trying more

Very nice thank you 😊
