Great company, delicious cookies, and oh so divine done in the microwave.
Thank you so much ❤️

Terrible cookie just tasted like pure sugar, the WORST cookie we have ever tasted. And for almost £4. Ridiculous and full of chemicals

Always on time & absolutely amazing cookie pies, they are massive & had to cut in half, well worth the money. I bought for taking away on my holiday, they are a great treat
Thank you

Cookies were absolutely fantastic, arrived right on time! My husband loved them as a birthday treat. Will definitely consider trying some of the other products for the next special occasion.

Do not waste your money. This is an absolute rip off.
We bought the Kinder Bueno and twix cake slice which cost around £7 each from the Trafford Centre last week. How disappointing. They both tasted really doughy and more dough than filling. They were also very dry. And the kinder Bueno had a milkyway topping with only ONE segment of a kinder Bueno inside which in my head is significantly cheaper than putting more of a kinder Bueno bar in. For £14, it wasn't great. It was worse than a home baked item I would make and even then I cannot bake to save myself. And worst of all, we think the kinder Bueno one might have made my husband ill when he finished it the next day. Contacted them directly but surprise surprise - no response. Anyway, save your money.

Excellent service. Fantastic taste . More please 🙏

WOW!!!! I bought these to surprise my wife for her birthday and they were amazing. The donuts are huge, the box was lovely and colourful and it was delivered on the date I chose. Everything was so tasty (better tasting than other well known donut brands) and we can’t wait to order more again.

Me and my family love the cookie pies from here, so much so I ordered one last year for my sons ‘birthday cake’ and again this year. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because I was disappointed with how it arrived packaging wise, it did not come inside its own box and was presented in a standard cardboard box with some baking paper sheets, I would consider this a low standard for food packaging and would expect the pie to be fully wrapped in its own box not the transport box which I’m sure it was last year?

No taste really, stuffed muffin had a drop of filling, sponge hard and dry.
Terry chocolate orange, the only thing that tasted of orange was the chocolate slice on top
Really disappointed

Purchased some desserts (namely a doughnut, some cookies and a cookie pie slice) for delivery after having been to one of the stores a few years ago. This did not disappoint; just as good as they used to be in 2023! Will definitely order more in the future going forward.

I have ordered once before and the donuts were reallt nice. But I ordered a 2nd time and my kids noticed blonde hairs on the side of 2 of the donutd. No one in the house has blonde hair we are all dark.
Really disappointed. Had to bin them.

Ordered the brookie and the old school sprinkles cookie at the lakeside kiosk.

Whilst I understand the cost of things are on the increase, I absolutely cannot justify the price for the poor taste (if any) and texture of both of these items, the brookie was more like dry cake and the cookie was marginally better but still had barely any flavour, took two bites of each and actually threw them in the bin, and I hate to be wasteful.

These baked goods are on the premium end price point and massively overshot their value, nothing worse than being charged for something even a novice baker at home could have done better with mediocre supermarket range ingredients, NOT the premium quality ingredients they claim to use.

Unreal brownies and cookie pies
My only suggestion would be I wish you used cadburys chocolate more instead of Nutella on lots of things as I don’t like Nutella. Lots of things I want to try all are ‘with Nutella’ or some nut taste.
And biscoff in the biscoff cookie instead of chocolate would be even better

Bought the mini egg NYC cookies and the Easter selection for my nephew and his family for Easter…..needless to say they didn’t go hungry over the bank holiday weekend and he LOVED them 👌❤️ his mum warmed one of the mini egg cookies up and lets just say it really didn’t disappoint 🤤😍❤️

Brought 4 donuts to try. They all looked amazing but we're actually tasteless. I thought for example if I had a lotus donut, then the cream inside would taste like caramel but tasted of nothing. I also brought mini eggs, creme egg and oreo but all tatsed the same only the appearance was different. Maybe add flavouring to creme inside the donuts?

l have just today
(27 Feb )purchased some doughnuts and cakes from the Batchd store in the Trafford Centre Manchester and I cannot express enough how delicious they were. I was really surprised to taste how light and creamy and so much choice. They must be the best out there. The gentleman who served me was so helpful and very friendly. This apart from the quality of the cakes made the purchase even more delightful. I cannot wait to purchase more. Thank you for bringing them to Manchester.

Batched Meadowhall has the best matcha in the whole of meadowhall ! They take their time making it and whisk the matcha by hand the traditional way ! Literally get one everyday.

Arrived when I ordered them for, really well packaged as they weren’t obviously branded so managed to get them in the house as a surprise! Cookie’s themselves are very well made, lasted around a week and probably would’ve gone a little longer but they were too good to not eat up quickly!

Doughnuts tasted really great, they were fresh. They were packed really well. We would definitely order again. Had a really good positive experience.
