My new cheat day main course. I have been HUNTING for soft gourmet cookies and finally once I bit into dough girl, I knew it was the one. Absolute treat.

Delivered on the chosen date. All the cookie doughs were absolutely delicious. Will definitely order again

Dough girl failed to deliver on selected date chosen, but two days later. As the cakes were intended for a celebration and arrived late, I had no purpose for them.
It took dough girl eleven working days and a chase up, to give me a partial refund for this item.

I ordered from DoughGirl for a birthday present,and I have to say from ordering to receiving the product the service was excellent.
The cookie dough pieces were of a great size and every piece was delicious

Very yummy and a good choice

I’m a girl who likes her chocolate with chocolate sauce on top, so I thought this would be a real treat. Desperately disappointed, I’ve tried the Twix, Rolo and caramel slices and couldn’t tell the difference. You can’t taste caramel, or biscuit, it’s so horribly sweet that the only flavour you get is sugar. I had high hopes but not for me. The other slices are in the freezer, maybe I can use them for something but I’m not sure what.

Really great on all accounts, tastes amazing, highly recommend.

Only gave one star as cant give zero! Ordered more than 4 weeks before the date for my son’s birthday. On the day, I recieved no email to say they were en route (or delayed) so I contacted Doughgirl.I had told my son to stay in until delivery arrived.I was told there was a delay- not with the delivery service but they hadnt even packed the order! If they had bothered to tell me I could have ordered my son something else from somewhere! Offered 20% refund and also off future orders. I said this wasn’t acceptable! ( the discount off future purchases was pointless as wouldn’t use them again). I asked for full refund the next day as compensation. They gave this then didn’t deliver anything. I contacted them again and they said they refunded my cancellation! This was a day after they should have arrived! We never discussed cancelling- we were discussing compensation because my son had no birthday cakes and they didn’t tell me this would be happening to allow me to get others! Customer service was awful- just didnt care at all- standard sorry for inconvenience but it wasnt an inconvenience it was upsetting for me as a parent! Do not allow customers to book order dates for the future if you cant honour it!

Not great .ordered brownies and there not the best had better from supermarket cookie pie was mostly just Nutella ,also didnt realise it was gonna have emulsifiers ect in to ,just though they were homemaker goods without all the nasty. Definitely wont be ordering again

This company do excellent baked goods. I ordered a large order for my birthday so my family could enjoy a cookie, pie or slice with me. I can honestly say that I was so impressed , even my grandkids enjoyed every mouthful. Think only thing they said was they couldn’t finish there’s as a huge amount in one portion of all. I will be ordering again maybe not quite as much as had to eat a load myself, which of course I didn’t mind! Thank you doughgirl you are professional, you packaged them well and you got them here delivered in time for my birthday. Would have given more stars if I could off.
