Tried the cookie pie slice, it was honestly disgusting.

Cookie Pie Slice:
The outer cookie was... A cookie, nothing spectacular.

The middle/ filling was literally solid white chocolate. It's literally 200g of white chocolate. Maybe I just got unlucky with a rubbish option (Jammie Dodger).

Normal Cookies:
The normal blondie and normal cookie were nice but again nothing spectacular.

Can't stress enough how horrible the pie slice is. And it's like 1000 calories per slice. Insane.

A absolute treat and large portions.

I called up to ask about ordering the cake of 12 slices. I was asking becuse a slice I wanted wasn't in stock. I was told that I could order the 12 slices and then click the 'let me know' button for when the slice I wanted came back in stock came in to call up and ask for it to be changed and that this could be done as long as the the cake had not gone to production. I did this with 4 days to go before it was due to be sent out. I was told that now that could not be done. I was a little annoyed as I was told that I could do this. I wouldn't order again. I aslo don't think that some of the slices taste that nice. The Dubai slice tastes really nice though.

I bought these cookies as a gift for my son and daughter in law who had just had their baby. A little moorish treat to have with a cuppa when they could!!!!! They really appreciated the thought, and said they were delicious. Quick delivery, packed well.

Great product great price very tasty would definitely recommend best cookie pies I’ve had . Their sister company chuckling cheese is also fantastic

I received my box of six cookie pie wedge’s in good condition all wrapped separately and air tight.I could not wait so I tried the choc orange cookie pie slice.
It was so good and then I read a leaflet in my box which said,delicious warmed in the microwave for 20 seconds so in it went.
It took it to an even higher level,so so good and gooey and chocolatey.
Just waiting for my next box due in a few days.I would highley recommend and worth every penny.

I am absolutely gutted and incredibly disappointed with Dough Girl.

I ordered a cake over two weeks in advance for my husband's birthday, specifically to have it delivered to his workplace as a surprise. I deliberately ordered well ahead of time to ensure there would be no issues with it arriving on his special day.

Unfortunately, the cake hasn't arrived, and what was supposed to be a lovely birthday surprise has been completely ruined.

To make matters worse, the Royal Mail tracking wasn't working, so I contacted Dough Girl's customer service team to find out what was happening. Rather than taking responsibility or offering any meaningful assistance, they simply passed the blame onto Royal Mail, telling me that the cake could arrive as late as 7pm.

Considering the delivery address was a workplace, where nobody would be there at that time to accept the delivery, this was completely unhelpful.

I appreciate that courier delays can happen, but when a company sells cakes for special occasions, surely ensuring they arrive on the requested date should be a priority? And when things go wrong, I would at least expect some understanding, accountability and an attempt to resolve the situation.

What is the point of ordering over two weeks in advance if the cake doesn't arrive when it's needed?

I'm now left without the birthday surprise I had carefully planned for my husband, and I'm extremely upset and frustrated by the whole experience.

Very disappointing service, poor communication and a complete lack of accountability. I certainly wouldn't feel confident ordering from Dough Girl again for an important occasion, and I'd strongly advise others to think twice if they need something delivered for a specific date.

They cookies were very morrish and indulgent

My friend enjoyed her treats and they looked great but they did arrive a day later than requested so unfortunately she didn’t get them for her birthday.

Oh…my…goodness!!
Took me forever to settle on which cookies to buy. Time after time I’d add them to my basket, then remove and replace them with yet another flavour. Finally fought my way through the choices and placed my order.

They arrived quickly, individually wrapped and placed in a pretty box, within another slightly larger box.

Then came the hardest part… resisting the temptation to try ‘another’ one. So there they sat, on my kitchen counter, underneath the glass dome of my new cake stand. Must add at this point that each cookie is huge and packed with flavour and ‘filling’. The chocolate is so chocholatey, rich and definitely indulgent. Pistachio, salted caramel, white chocolate, cornflake base, triple chocolate, 🎃 pumpkin spicey and warm😋😋😋…
These goodies are not for the faint of heart 😂🤣 and if you’re calorie counting think on…life is definitely too short to deny yourself this taste experience😜
