The cookie pies tasted stale

Amazing service, arrived on time! My son said they tasted amazing! Going to order again instead of wasting money on a birthday cake

Ordered for a birthday , in plenty of time so they arrived, later in the day my daughter informed me they had not turned up, on further investigation the courier had not even picked up my goodies, you seriously need to look at delivering good on time , whats the point in giving a delivery day option when u cant fulfill it? My apology? 20% off another box? No thank u they wont get there on time! U did resolve it by ur standards ..oh have 20% off next box...no thank u

I was so grateful to receive a slice of the jammy dodger cookie pie as a gift. Super excited. Me and my husband shared it and we felt that it was almost inedible. The filling felt like a huge heap of sickly white chocolate. The dough shell was okay, but not the nicest cookie dough I've had and no jam like the picture.

Edit: I really want to increase this from one to two stars because the cookie slice we just tried was much more pleasant. And I appreciate it is a small business - which I love. But I am certain there is not as much butter as the label indicates. It didn't have that creamy flavour I expect from butter, so when I tried the second cookie I forfaited my lactose enzyme to test for dairy (I'm lactose intolerant and butter hurts me, a lot). I didn't get any stomach ache whatsoever. So I'm sure it's margarine or something. I dunno, I'm lost on this business. Sorry to be so critical about it, I eat a lot of cake.

You choose a selected day, and they didn’t arrive, so I had to purchase something else in a hurry. They came 2 days late, no use to me then. Spoke to them and they would only offer me 20 % refund. Said I could return but I have no printing accessibility and by the time they would get them back they would be out of date as only had a few days on them. Complete waste of money

Would give 6 stars if I could! Ridiculously delicious and well worth the money! Always beautifully packaged! I’ve even gifted people products from here for birthdays etc.

Absolutely amazing! Ordered 12 slices of cookie pie and every single piece was fresh and tastes phenomenal! I would definitely order again!! And the choosing your own date and it showing up on the date aswell is amazing! I am so impressed! Will definitely be having more

Everything is packaged well and well presented. Cookies are amazing but the cookie pies were a bit sickly for us and would be more enjoyable with less filling and more cookie base!

I was led to believe that these were hand made cakes from a small business so was shocked to see they're from Chuckling Cheese ! The cakes arrived battered beyond belief .. smashed to smithereens .. they were literally thrown in the box , nothing to keep them steady inside . That with RM obv using them as a football meant they were not fit for purpose. They aren't cheap and I won't buy again !!

Absolutely amazing slices and great prices.. my partners birthday cake slices came and were absolutely delicious...I will be ordering my daughters cake from doughgirl.

Updated on delivery date and time which is so useful and the products are absolutely amazing, I've bought these a few times as a gift and everyone raves about them

Order a cookie bundle for a friends birthday, ordered 2 weeks in advanced with a specific delivery date. On the date hadn’t received any info on it being dispatched so chased it up only to be told - they were just packing it. Completly unacceptable, slightly apologetic offering me 20% off but their incompetence ruined what would have been a lovely gift. I will not be using again.

I placed an order and picked a delivery slot of the 8th for a thank you gift. We are now the 9th and the order hasn't been despatched as I have spoken to customer service and have canceled said order. We will see if they honour that and refund in full. 15mins to find a gift as leaving it's embarrassing and stress. Incredibly poor
