I ordered two gluten free doughnuts. One was absolutely delicious, moist and honestly you wouldn’t know it was gluten free. The other, however, was super dry which was so disappointing.

I visited the Fleet Street branch and I’m so glad I did, I met a young man, Soly who was extremely friendly and polite. He took time to explain all the different flavours, had a great chat with me. The doughnuts were delicious.

Most of the icing and toppings were missing or stuck to the paper which unfortunately ruined the experience for my husband for our anniversary! Definitely wasn’t of the same quality as usual which was such a shame!

Terrible service! The courier left them on my doorstep in torrential rain without ringing the bell even though I was in. The plastic wrapper had holes in so the doughnuts were completely soggy. Emailed pictures to the company but they didn't care, just said they were delivered when stated so there wasn't anything they could do. For the price I paid I expected them to be in good condition. Will not buy again!

As someone who is vegetarian and gluten intolerant it is very hard to find sweet things that fulfill both requirements and be satisfying. These doughnuts more than fulfilled these requirements! They are extremely tasty, well packaged and presented. There is a lovely mixture of chocolate based and non-chocolate based flavours to suit all and new flavours rotating so not likely to get bored. Delivered by DPD as mentioned and when I had selected. Great all round, so used the 15% off my next box for my birthday, which I ordered for 2 months in advanced!

My dad ordered me the may the 4th pack over a week ago and the delivery was cancelled multiple times. Not to mention that this is not the first time that an order that my dad has made from this company has been messed up. Considering the ridiculous price of the actual product one would think that they would be delivered on time with what you have actually paid for undamaged but no, not only is the delivery late but now it has been cancelled because the delivery took so long that the doughnuts are now out of date. Absolutely horrendous customer service and extortionate prices. I highly recommend that you take your business elsewhere this is a shocking excuse for a company.

Appalling “service”. The courier they used threw my box over a six foot fence, even though I was home, damaging two of the six doughnuts.

Given how much these cost, expecting them to arrive in good condition doesn’t seem a stretch.

Apparently that’s wrong and they were uninterested. Will not use again.

Terrible customer service. I made an error in my order. Asked for it to be cancelled and then placed another. They did not cancel the order. Charged me for both and then refused to refund as they shipped it despite telling me it was cancelled. Suggest you buy your doughnuts elsewhere. Oh, and they admitted they had confirmed the cancellation even though they did not do it.

Ordering was easy, delivery was efficient & the Star Wars May 4th doughnuts were totally yummy

Awful doughnuts!!! Awful customer service … being told , if all the toppings are with the doughnut .. then they are good … isn’t good enough !!!!they looked like they had been assembled by a child ! Eat with your eyes …. 🤮Will never recommend or purchase these again !!

Ordered donuts for a special treat for my son and grandson birthday.The service was great from ordering to delivery was kept informed all the way through.They were so yummy they were both delighted would definitely order again.

Ordered the may the 4th be with you 6 pack for my daughter. We’re due to be delivered 3rd May. The DPD delivery failed. I rescheduled for the next day May 4th. Waited in most of the day. Got a message from DPD saying delivery refused. Even though I was at home. I contacted DPD who said the driver had an issue with his scanner. They also said couldn’t redeliver due to sell by date. So far I have sent Doughnuttime 2 emails and left a voicemail. No contact from DoughnutTime. Very poor customer service. No sign of a refund or even a courtesy email. I have a very disappointed daughter. Plus a very frustrated Dad. Avoid very poor service, for a premium price product.

Superb vegan doughnuts!

Great tasting and enough to share. I ordered the May the 4th pack for family and all tasted really good. Great variety, theming and descriptions. A half is more than enough at a time - they are really good size. Nice some were different to last years so hope that continues next year !

Easy to order, arrived safely on the day I wanted. Taste great. My daughter was pleased with her birthday doughnuts.

Was really looking forward to getting these doughnuts for my mums birthday after she has recently become intolerant to milk and gluten. Unfortunately the gluten free vegan range that was delivered was stale, grainy and overall disgusting - not what I expected for £32 for 6 with delivery (and that was with 10% off). Really disappointing, as I love their regular doughnuts, but it doesn’t seem like they can pull these ones off.

The donuts are delicious! 10/10. Highly recommend anyone to buy these.
We got a box of 6 donuts and each one look amazing.
Only downside is you can’t have a mix between core range and gluten free
