Leider ist das Kabel absolut unbrauchbar. Der Adapter lässt sich nur mit brachialer Gewalt koppeln und am Ende habe ich trotzallem nur ein sehr, sehr schlechtes Bild. Ist tut sich rein garnichts. Wenn dieses Kabel exakt für den Anschluss an Smart TVs konzipiert wurde, dann muss man noch einmal genauer draufschauen. 35,00 € inkl Versand für die Katz. Ungenügend. Sorry, geht gar nicht!!!!

kurz zur Info: Es geht hier nicht um eine Produktbewertung, sondern um eine Bewertung für den Shop-Service.
Wenn das Kabel für Dich unbrauchbar ist, dann hat das hier nichts verloren :)
Wobei es hier so klingt, als hätte das Kabel evtl. irgendeinen Defekt - oder der SmartTV ist ein schlecht konzipiertes Modell, denn wir haben schon mehrere Hundert davon verkauft (und die auch selber an verschiedenen Geräten getestet) und es läuft eigentlich problemlos und ohne größere Gewalt.
In dem Fall wäre es sinnvoll, unseren Kundenservice zu kontaktieren. Wir haben ein Ticketsystem und ein Livechatsystem, sind über WhatsApp nahezu 24h erreichbar und können dann natürlich auch das Kabel gerne austauschen bzw. zurücknehmen.
Wenn also ein Artikel nicht funktioniert wie erwartet, bitte mit uns Kontakt aufnehmen, dann können wir auch weiterhelfen - und das gibt wohl mehr Sinn, als die 35,00 € als "verloren" anzusehen :)

I’ve changed my rating from 3 to 5. I thought this was a review for the whole package. But trustpilot is just for rating the store.
And ones again, I really recommend this store. Fast shipment, answering questions, helping me out when the product is not that great and offer to replace it because he believes in this product.

The shipment to the Netherlands was really quick! The quality of this display for this price is not worth it. The GBC won’t turn on at the first 2 times, there is a blink/flicker every now and then in the display. The display is sometimes a bit ‘slow’, the display can’t handle Tetris DX all the time. And I’ve test is with 3 different GBC, with normal AA with the battery mod of McWill and my own battery mod. I won’t recommend this display. I do recommend this store!

This is just purely the service for the shop, not the product :)
That said, I'm a bit surprised by the issues you have. I'm using the mod myself. Switching it on two times should only necessary without the USB mod. The reason for that is that the backlight needs more power - so the voltage breaks down on first switch-on and the GBC then thinks the battery is empty and switches itself off. Once the capacitors are full, it works reliably - which is the reason it works on second try :)
With the USB mod, this shouldn't happen. Additionally, the display shouldn't flicker or be slow. I'm playing mostly action games on my GBC (Mario 2, Pinball - Revenge of the Gator, Duck Tales, etc.) and never had an issue of the display being slow or even flickering. I also haven't heard anything like that from the a customer.
Did you try ONE mod in different GBCs? Maybe the mod is faulty - in which case I would suggest to replace it (on our costs, of course). As that clearly doesn't sound normal.

Guter Shop für spezielle Kunden
Ein sehr interessanter, wenn auch kleiner Shop. Bietet Produkte an die sonst sehr schwer in Deutschland zu erhalten sind und die auch sonst nicht den Qualitätsstandards wie in Deutschland entsprechen. Um so wichtiger ist eine gute Gewährleistung und Service wenn doch mal was ist, und das bekommt man hier.
Für das Geld was ich hier durch kostenfreie Reparaturen, die ich sonst nicht erhalten hätte, gespart habe, könnte ich nicht direkt vom Hersteller kaufen. (Was natürlich erstmal günstiger ist, aber auch länger dauert und eben Rückversand und Garantie schwer macht!)
Lediglich die Reaktionszeiten auf Tickets sind nicht immer ganz optimal (zu 90% aber schon schnell bis hin zu Live-Chat-Niveau), aber gut... wie oft hat der normale Kunde auch schon Anliegen? Dafür ist der Kontakt um so freundlicher und lösungsorientierter.
Ich bin und bleibe hier Stammkunde.
Nachtrag 2022: Leider hat der Kundenservice sehr nachgelassen. Antworten dauern wirklich lange oder kommen gar nicht. Sehr schade!
