Ich bestelle seit 9 Jahren, immer ohne Probleme. Qualität stimmt auch! Ich kann diese teilweise unterirdischen Bewertungen absolut nicht verstehen.

very very VERY disappointed in this brand. Just ordered a so called on the website "Bikini" which in fact was just the top - time to delivery takes quite long ( took 2 weeks to be shipped to france)

I thought I ordered 3 bikinis instead of this I get 3 tops this is ridiculous this website is bad

The worse in this is that they don't provide return labels you'll have to pay the return shipment yourself

this is such a scam I am very upset about this brand

Kundendienst absolut unterirdisch.
Mitte Dezember meine Bestellung erhalten. Mit einem Netzeinsatz. Gestern beim Training mittig kaputt gegangen. Dem Kundendienst geschrieben. Das wäre kein Fehler sondern durch Nägel oder co verursacht. Habe nochmals erklärt das ich einfach nur normal trainiert habe! Nein sie machen das nicht so wie sie sagen war es. Eigenverschulden.

Wow. Solche Preise verlangen und dann so Reaktionen. Das war das erste und auch das letzte Mal.

Received some shorts for my birthday on the Monday, wore on the Wednesday for a simple pole class - shorts are completely bobbled. Terrible quality. Contacted customer services and they completely denied any fault and said I had washed the product that’s why - which isn’t the case. Really inadequate customer services with a poor attitude to customer complaints. First and last time buying.

Cnts say anything about the quality, cause I never get my order. After 10 days without any updates and some requests, they realize they just forgot my order. So I told them to send it quickly and don't want the cancelation. I would just like to get my order. They agreed and cancel my order 2 days later.

Waiting for my money since then. I wouldn't recommend to buy there!!!

Super schöne Kleidung, daher noch 2 Sterne - Kundenservice eine Katastrophe. Habe in der Black Week bestellt und meine Produkte werden wohl nicht mal zu Weihnachten da sein. Hatte die Sachen extra für ein Foto Shooting am 18.12 bestellt (bestellt am 27.11. - Geldeingang 02.12.) und warte seither vergebens. Habe den Kundenservice nun mehrfach kontaktiert. Nach Tagen kam endlich eine Antwort: ich hätte wohl übersehen, dass ein Artikel nicht verfügbar (Produktion 5-21 Tage sei ) und es deshalb dauert. Ich habe es aber nicht übersehen. Zu der Hose (bei dieser Stand die Info) war angeblich auch eine der 2 bestellten Leggings nicht vorrätig (stand aber nicht unter dem Produkt)
Und was nirgends ersichtlich ist: der Hinweis: wir versenden erst wenn alles komplett ist.
Heute ist Donnerstag. Montag kam nach mehrfachem nachfragen eine Mail:
Die Spedition sei heute schon weg. Wird morgen (Dienstag versendet). -und schon die zweite Anfrage ob ich stornieren möchte. Ich schrieb zum zweiten mal: Nein, ich möchte nur so schnell wie möglich meine bereits bezahlten Produkte. Da heute noch immer nichts passiert war schrieb ich wieder an den Kundenservice. Nun hieß es: ich hätte ja nicht darauf geantwortet ob ich stornieren will. Hatte ich und habe dann mal einen Screenshot meiner Mail geschickt. Sie senden mir nun die vorrätigen Teile aus meiner Bestellung.
Wann stand nicht da. Und auch nicht wann der Rest, bei dem die maximal Produktionszeit nun auch schon rum ist, versendet wird.
Da die Firma zum sale einen Fehler gemacht und eine Stunde versehentlich 40% Rabatt gegeben hat ist da sicher die Hölle los. Da ich (mit 20% übrigens) bestellt habe und mich auf meine Sachen gefreut habe fehlt mir dafür mittlerweile das Verständnis. Keine genauen Aussagen, keine Entschuldigung, keine Gutschrift, Gutschein, irgendwas.
Da wird der Fehler noch dem Kunden zugeschoben.
Ich empfinde das als absolut unprofessionell und ehrlich gesagt einfach frech.
Bei 138 Euro für Pole Kleidung die ich für verschiedenen Specials bei uns im Studio gebraucht hätte einfach nur unfassbar.

have several sets from this company and i am surprised how durable it is, i bought my first sets in 2017 and feel like new. has good stretch and is comfortable to wear, easy to wash and holds its shape. i have no problem to get another intems from there again :)

I returned some items, and they claimed they were "soiled", even though I only tried them on briefly... potentially a scam to avoid refunding.

The items were only medium-good quality, especially considering the price... the top was not suited for a larger bust, and I have found better pole bottoms on Amazon.

Charged 45.83 duties because I spent over EURO 150!
The website encourged spending to save on shipping and then I was charged by the HMRC for ordering this,

The company didn't offer any support with this, referred to terms and conditions and therefore I would not recommend buying this brand if you are in the UK.
