Well accepted in major international airport lounges. Singapore, Dubai, Doha, etc

I appreciate the convenience and ease of use of the platform and the lounges are generally in locations which are easily accessible.
However the lounges tend to be small with limited food selection, especially the one in Sydney which was also not promptly cleaned and tidied even though it was not crowded.
I recently went to the lounge in T1, Singapore Changi airport, it was very crowded and noisy, even the clattering of the crockery can be heard at the reception.

Fuss free entry and great variety of refreshments. Nice ambience and friendly staffs.

Food is very good! Seats are are very comfortable. Clean and fancy

Got access to the SATS Premium Lounge during a change of planes at Singapore Changi, including a shower, for what I consider to be a very reasonable price. Can't ask for much more than that.

There are some VIP lounge that the QR doesn't working properly and need to write the member number.

L'accès au lounge a été simple avec Dragonpass, par contre je n'ai pas été satisfaite du rapport qualité prix du salon. Le lounge est un vrai hall de gare, très bruyant, pas assez de coin tranquille, les sanitaires femmes n'étaient pas disponibles, la nourriture avec un choix très limité. C'est trop chère pour ce que c'est. Le prix des accès devrait correspondre aux prestations des salons...

While it does work i have recently encountered that fast tracks are pulled last moment (kuala lumpur) or are put on freeze (with gatwick) without notice.

When contacted was asked to send whole lot of info to prove my identity only to be diverted to mastercard as they could not help me. Why not say it initially when it was told that the booking is dragonpass thro mastercard?

I guess no training is given to support agents which is a shame as i would guess even ai bot would waste less of my time redirecting me.

Exceptional Experience with DragonPass Lounge Access

Never had an issue, finding a lounge and scanning in with the QR code is easy and convenient

Airports all over Asia with gym access is definitely or probably makes Dragon Pass the best membership among all others. Love it!

Smooth experience, just scan QR code and I was allowed access

Its great once you get in but every time I try to use it I have to wait for 30 minutes or more. Mine’s free with my bank account but I’d never pay directly for it with the risk I wouldn’t get in

In a few couple of months it is almost impossible to use this membershio and go to the lounge due to the lounges being overcrowded, I even had to be on the wait list, it starts to feel like it isnt even worth it and I would have better experience in airport restaurant, very disappointed.

The easy interface in purchasing the membership and the quick membership activation!
In every lounge that I go it's as easy as scan and no question asked
