Excellent service.
Really quick all out time.
Person who visited our property was really friendly & explained everything that needed doing.

I appreciate they came out at short notice and the workman was pleasant enough however 318 pounds for a blocked shower and a twenty minute job (10 of it sat in the van) is an absolute rip off! Will not use again!

Competent and professional service: came when they said they would, did what they said they would and charged what they quoted. Probably a bit expensive, but a welcome change from other companies I approached.

Absolutely lovely guy but couldn’t clear the blockage as the problem was in the main drain. Still got charged £282 for about an hours work and I still have blocked drains.

Contacted on Thursday morning (1/5) regarding a horrible smell at my property. Within 2hrs, Mark arrived and very quickly found the issue and explained everything thoroughly to my partner and myself. Mark said he could return the next morning to carry out the work needed. Sure enough, Mark arrived before 9am and carried out all the work needed. Great service carried out. They will definitely be my first call if I have any future problems.

Peter was an excellent operative. Highly professional but also friendly. He was able to explain, and show on video very clearly what the particular drainage issue was and how we might solve it long-term. We had every confidence in his judgement and went along with his plan of action. Job done to our great satisfaction!

Call Drain Doctor after a bad smell from my kitchen cupboards, Mark was with me next morning and after investigating found a displaced pipe, Mark returned with a liner for the pipe and resolved the issue….no more bad smell!

Sid arrived earlier than the appointment time on Saturday morning and straight away checked out the fault and diagnosed the blockage. Not only was the initial blockage cleared quickly he highlighted a few problems with the pipework and explained potential problems for the future. He traced the lines further up and gave us a steer for contacting our mains provider. Further checks of associated drains also undertaken and a clear explanation of the costs was given. Great service and very knowledgable! Throughly recommended!

A fantastic response straight from the start, they took the details and got someone out the next day. He arrived and sorted the issue in no time.
