A potential nightmare was quickly and efficiently resolved by the very friendly Lewis, who was able to locate and clear a blockage in our pipes that had clearly been building for years. At each stage, he explained what he was doing and why he was doing it, and the anticipated cost, which wasn't half as bad as feared. Thanks Lewis!

Polite plumbers, turned up on time, did the job quickly and better than expected. Explained everything clearly, including the invoice.

Lewis was clear in pricing assessing the problem and the steps he was going to take. We had a tricky sink blockage and he worked through all the causes efficiently. The sink now drains quicker than ever. Lewis was polite, friendly and professional. Thank you

I recently had the Drain Doctor replace the internal stopcock in my home. While there was an unexpected delay, the company kept me informed throughout and even rearranged their schedule to accommodate me the same day. I was very impressed with the service provided by technician James.

Despite the initial delay, I would highly recommend the Drain Doctor to anyone in need of plumbing services around Oxford.

great job ! thankyou

Excellent service and communication from the initial contact on a Sunday, to the completion of the job by Bradley. Drain Doctor gave me a choice of times to visit and arrived when specified. Bradley explained each part of the process and was friendly and polite, leaving the area he was working in cleaner than when he arrived. The ability to show me what he could see using the camera was extremely helpful. Can't recommend him enough.

Drain Doctor have always been helpful and polite when arranging for repairs, engineer Bradley came out the last 2 times, and even left us with some complimentary Haribo on his last visit!
