Blocked pipework
Mac and Tom worked tirelessly to fix a problem with the drainage under the flagstones as well as replacing all the rusting cast iron pipe work. Even when they experienced unexpected issues that meant they had to stay longer than planned they stayed until all work was completed and cleared, keeping to the original quoted price. Would highly recommend.

Terrible
Had a drain survey on 23rd July. Expressed the urgency of getting the report back. They promised we would have it by the 25th of July. 29th July still no report. Have rang them several times, always some new excuse. The latest is bereavement leave had impeded the signing off of the report. Surely you have more than one individual in your entire company who can sign off a report!!! Anyway. I won't be using them again.
